The yellow bit is the rim tape So if your bike was going to be a black and red bike, you could change it for red. It just makes the colour scheme more thorough. Its all about detail.

Hehe My old tactic at the checkouts was to look to see if they had their own bags, and not help pack if they did. Sometimes I'd get it wrong and they'd say, 'I've got my own bags.'
