I wonder if you made a trials rim that could use UST, whether it would save even more weight? As well as making it pinch-proof. (for those thinking, but trials rims have holes cut in them, you could in theory seal the rimtape around them.)

IMO, TGS are fundamental skills to trials, but what makes you a good rider is how you use them, and how you link them together. Exciting vids are ones where you watch the rider get up on something and then they do a line that makes you think, wtf, i'd never of thought to do that, or, that takes some skill!

For me, trialstube doesn't play at all. When I click play, it does the loading animation for a bit, then puts on a black screen with the menu close to the bottom with thumbnails of other videos the user's posted.

Haa but he's right, skill beats saving weight. Think about how good ryan leech is on his norco, and yet he has to chuck suspension forks around! Also, I was able to do surprisingly similar stuff on my identiti to that on my trials bike, and that's geared, seated and suspended.

I agree. Street bikes to me look too plain and like they're missing something - suspension, colour, a decent stem length lol And a BMX is so much easier to do BMX tricks on than a MTB. I really like the reset, that style of trials bike is pretty cool. The ashtonDB thing, License is what it's supposed to be called, that looks badass!

My try-all one was £35!

My eno's not done much wrong. Today I caught an odd sound coming from the drivetrain, but if it was the freewheel, it didn't skip by much at all. I trust mine a lot. The tensile one, however, is also very solid. The try-all one might be worth looking into because they're designed with trials in mind, and have more EPs. Really nice sounding, They feel solid too, but I've not ridden one much, it's on my mate's bike.

This that's happened now, the experience will tell you what strong feelings can do. Be careful is my advice. Think stuff through really hard.

Our gay toyota one had a disc drive in the back, so you slapped a new (£80?) disc in. If yours has some kind of installation program, use that, but otherwise, have a look at where the existing maps are, and it may just be a case of new folder, or backing up the old ones and replacing them. Hope that helped lol.

heh Me, personally, I don't like risks, so I like to make them as much in my favour as possible. So I'd sit on my feelings until I knew that when I let on, it would cause as many positive results as possible, and as little negative ones. =/
