the cranks look cool, dunno about the strength though. What's that silver twiddly knob that sticks out under the lever? It can't stay there, surely it would get snapped off?
Hehe All my tutor uses it for is for hooking up CSS to pages when he can't be arsed to do it himself. AFAIK he just uses notepad. Got to admit though, dreamweaver is useful if you don't know CSS.
Some of what you suggest i think is a bit advanced for A2 D&T, i spose it depends on what machines there are for him to work with. The chain tensioner idea could work though. I've done this a-level, I made a go-kart, haha. If you don't make something with trials, make something fun.
What is it with your contraptions and having fits? Aaargh! You're gay, I was trying to make one of those and it wouldn't work. We have a winner in the race to build a walker, it seems.
Am I the only one who thinks that the government tax us so much because its their only source of income? We don't have raw materials to export - well we do, but it's more expensive than elsewhere -, we don't manufacture shit - well, we do but it costs a bomb compared to labour in a Less Economically Developed Country -, Perhaps the only thing we can do is sell buildings for businesses to use, but who the f**k wants a place in England when you can have it in your company's home country? Lol.
f**k it, I can't do it. Show us your one! You know how gorillas move, they use their knuckles, lift their body, swing forwards, then land, move knuckles forwards, repeat That's how I mean.
Yeah I can't do it either The only inspiration I've got is this robot on robot wars. It had two segments, and one would lift over the other. I'll try and make one, haha.
