    44 Tango Pads

Normally though, hard pads = good wear rate, soft pads = bad wear rate. These pads must be quite soft then, if you find them to wear quickly, which should make them grippier and so stop better, hehe.
  2. Haaah One time, my friend and I were riding at the university, and the security don't like it. So on this time, we got the security to follow us down to the lake, and then we took off, out of the uni. So then they started to turn round, so we went back in, and they came towards us again. We did this again and they came right up to us, only we left through a small entrance, too small for a van. When they went we went back in through a different entrance, to start riding again. We're talking about drop-offs and stuff on a jump bike, not hammering anything with a bashguard. Anyway, we went back in to ride and we turned this corner and they were there, out of the van, talking about how we'd got away. Of course, we turned and took off sharpish, with them following us on foot asking us to stop for a chat. Only no-one on foot can catch someone on a bike. When we'd left them to eat our dust, we cut into the uni again to get back to my house, and of course, we encountered another van. This time, we made a swift exit towards the ringroad the uni is next to. Next thing we knew it, the van had followed us out of the university, and followed us down the ring road! So, we split up, each taking a side of the road. They turned round soon after that. Anyway, the moral of the story is, security don't like riders. Never nicked anything like a bench though, pretty strange thing to do.
  3. That's mint! I might do that when I next have a singlespeed bike that's not my trials bike.
  4. Mine do work, I'll get a pic if you like. The atomlab rim is just wide enough to work, it would seem. Yeah, I'd get the flower hexagon ones.
  5. I've got an atomlab rear rim, it does the job perfetly fine. It's quite thin so I have to use the tensile offset mounts. Atomlab rims are really strong too. I'm going to upgrade to the v!z rims soon though.
  6. I'm going to say that solar is a win from me for yellows, and fresh for whites lol, I can't come up with anything better than those two so I'm just voting
  7. Lol, that makes it sound like there's not even a 100% chance the protons are going to make it around.
  8. Put it this way my brake (koxx brown pads) holds really well it also doesn't do so badly in the rain. The grind is going smooth, as well no tar. So, koxx brown pads are good.
  9. Word is, koxx bloxx are good on grinds. However, if you're using magura standard blacks, koxx bloxx will be an improvement. Or you could get the plazmatic crm pads, they work on smooth and ground rims.
  10. Perhaps, for sale, wanted, and 'disputes' or something. haha
  11. LOL saturdays suck because I work on them.
  12. jumper 4's are a bit naff but it will do the trick! what frame is it?
  13. One time, I pulled back on my bike, and I did it so hard I looped out and landed on my coccyx. When I got up I discovered that everything had gone grey, as if I was going to faint, and I had barely any strength. Nevertheless, I picked myself up and got home (I was only up the road lol) using my bike as a crutch. My guess is that when something hurts a lot your body sort of numbs your senses to ease it. I dunno lol.
  14. This is all in one place. There's some good stuff there for people my level.
  15. I just watched the mighty boosh, steve coogan is credited on it! haha
  16. To quench your thrill buds? "He traversed a rope, using only a bike..." "bike bike bike bike" That's mad! Your bike looks mint, with its green hope parts.
