Lol If you've properly flatspotted your rim whilst building it, I dunno how you could've done it. My mate has a flat spot on his rim, his was done by impact, and there's no way to fix it really.

Your spokes could be loose, your rim could be rubbish, and your build could also be rubbish. I would imagine your rear wheel is built 3cross though, so it's most likely to be the spoke tension.

The bleed screw on a magura lever is just next to the hole the hosing connects to.
