If this is the brake I'm thinking of, its one where both sides of the caliper move to clamp the pad. Something BB7s don't do! Hydraulic brakes have duasl pad movement, why not cable brakes?
I think it turns out that it IS possible, but because helium is really small for a particle (the second smallest), it has a habit of escaping where air can't.
This silent hub thing sounds pretty cool. I'd have one on my other bike, but firstly, if I had a proII, to let people know I'm there I can just pedal backwards, and secondly: = No.
Check the frame manufacturer to see if they've put +40 on the mount, but I'd imagine it would be 160. It might be 180 (+20), mind, so ibn that case you'll need another +20 adaptor to make the rest up.

Dunno about you, but the only swimming pool I can imagine being under £45 is one for Barbie and Ken. Wether or not he's ready to admit to the world he collects barbie dolls is something only he can answer.
I think halo 2 was the best atm. I've not played 3 enough yet, but the dual wield allows combinations of weapons that can rain hell on anything else. Dual needlers, plasma pistol and SMG... excellent combos
