  1. Shorter chainstays seems to do it. A higher BB for me seems to make the bike gap further. A lower BB makes a bike more stable on two wheels.
  2. 24" or bust. 20" ciguenas don't count.
  3. I know, you're messing. Seriously, the cable IS too short to have it in the right place. I'd not be able to turn right. The headset's not particularly new. Want me to ride in on it today? I wasn't planning on it, but I could do. The shifter also interferes with the brake. I'm sure I explained this further up! And Adam... TRAITOR!
  4. Shut yer mouth, I'm better than you. There int the room, I put it there for a reason!
  5. I thought you agreed we'd just ignore him?
  6. Apparently, if you're under 18, you get a break if you work 5-9, which is 4hrs (this is at sainsbury's) If you're over, you have to work 4 1/2 (which I did for a while)
  7. I found a sram shifter that does work with shimano gears. Also, worth noting is I've limited it to 3 gears now. Works a treat, I might take some more chain out though.

If he wanted it to be bloody special, he should do what thecircus said.

    Nyaah, I can remember it.
  11. Lol, if that's so, Sainsbury's are breaking the rules... You get no break for 4 hrs, you have to work 5.
  12. For your style of riding I might suggest a 135mm spaced hub with a bmx-style driver, these go as small as 9t. As for your question, it would fit, yes.
  13. If my measurements are correct, the ciguena can go as short as 1020, maybe even 1015. It was 1025 where I had the wheel, which wasn't completely in. IT goes as longas about 1035, maybe 1040. Basically what I'm saying is, if you can even just ride around on a bike, possibly do some small hops to try it out, you should go to london to try mine, providing I'm going.
  14. What I've picked up from this forum goes along the lines of, they leak when they're bled with oil, and so because water's thinner, they leak even more.
  15. I can try and measure mine for you. If you wanted a lower BB, you COULD try some mod forks. I'm not entirely sure, but I have a feeling you could fit a 24" wheel in some of them, that would lower the BB. If I had any to hand I'd give it a shot!
  16. Curses, I neither have a COD game nor a working xbox live connection.
  17. You're a really good rider! Seriously, if you want a 24", but a short one, it's the ciguena. Ciguena 24" I've got good reason to suspect that this guy still has his frame, so you could buy it and have it all nice and built up for when you are ready to ride again! This is the geometry: Head angle: 73 degrees Wheelbase: 1025 mm adjustable BB height: +20 mm with 400 mm fork Chainstays: 380-395mm
  18. You'll have to miss out 4 spokes on the rim. You ought to miss the spokes out in pairs, driveside and non-driveside, as you'll end up with a wheel that won't true properly. It's possible, it just has a couple of complications.
  19. Lolyougooutwithhimlol That good enough? I've still not ridden with you, Danny, you need to come to notts again.
