Actually, there's supposed to be this trick where you squeeze your fingers together whilst thinking of something you want to do less, and then you imagine disgusting things happening to that thing. For me, if I wanted to stop drinking coca-cola, I might imagine someone gobbing in it or taking a piss in it, and then me having to drink it, or for pizza, it being covered in hair and having to eat it anyway. Stuff like that. Anyway, your brain puts them together, so each time you think about smoking you press your fingers together and you get repulsed by it. Just come up with something strong enough to overcome the nicotine.
