  1. I see your point. For me it is the principle of respect, like I laid out, that causes all of these issues. I would rather go back to the source and deal with that issue than approach each thing further down the chain of cause and effect. I know that I do have to make a choice on some issues, though, but yeah, I see the lack of respect as the root cause and I'd rather concentrate my efforts there.
  2. I would have to agree that humans are f**king with the planet - All of that shit there can't be doing any good. We do live in an awful, shallow, self-centred society right now. I think people don't realise the scale of things. Oh, it's just one can or wrapper or whatever. Sure, but multiply that by the billions of people that live on the world and you've got a mile high stack of stuff. Humans evolved, it was purely chance, which is why we're a mistake. There are far too many people. Nevertheless, there's a solution. I'm not going to sit on the side of the foil-hats, nor the skeptics, I'm going to sit on my own side - people need to learn respect, for other people, even people you've never met, or never will. And for other people's things. If it's not yours - and this applies to the whole planet - then it's not yours to treat like shit.
  3. For me the thing about this kind of stuff is that there's evidence for, and they really drive it hard in this kind of video, but there's also evidence against. Now, a foil hat would say that the evidence against is bullshit that's being fed to you, but it could equally be true for the evidence for, which creates a bit of a dilemma because for the same reasons, you can't believe either of them.
  4. Said the scummy kids someone brought on the bus this time.
  5. It seems like you can use google sketchup, which is f**king easy to use. There are websites where you can make stuff and send them the file and they'll print it for you.
  6. Still repping the Epiphone SG in mahogany. Just been coming with lots of my own music, I've been trying to make it a little bit too hard so by playing it I improve. Most of it's either sort of post-hardcore, metal or dare I say, djent type stuff. Sku's getting a 7-string, I was dicking around with this tuning that gives a bit more low range in 6-strings and now I want a 7-string too :/
  7. I knew about the self-printing printer. I might have to do that, I love the idea of being able to print my own stuff.
  8. Saw the cover photo on that FB page, why did he go for FWD? I suppose a RWD design might be a lot more complicated.
  9. I always thought a higher BB would be better. If I made a custom street frame I might go for +45 or 50, it would make spinning stuff and hoppy stuff better.
  10. You can sidehop then. Work your way up.
  11. Anyone know where to get nylon wound strings? My mum's been after them for ages, rather than being plain nylon they're steel cored with thinner nylon wrapped round, or so I'm told.
  12. Nope, BradJohnson, the magic is broken. It's over now.
  13. So I did, Brad, so I did Nice video anyway.
  14. Pics or it didn't happen.
  15. What's that on the red one? It looks like a disc mount, but it's part of the cassette. That's a weird way to attach a sprocket.
  16. That's a fine dent in your car, good to hear you're ok!
