  1. Dual chainrings is better. If you ise two sprockets, you will hape problems with having to re-align the tensioner to whichever sprocket it's on. At the front, it's further away from the tensioner and rear sprocket, so it won't pull the chain off the sprockets. Although I did find that the chain would jump off sometimes riding around...
  2. If you run dual-ring cranks, you can use a larger chainring. A good double-wheel tensioner like a tensile or a rohloff (I had a NC17 stinger) will take enough chain to let you switch between 32 and 22 at the front.

    One Day No Chain

I went out just now and tried it... It turns out I can't go forward at all on the back wheel without a chain.
  4. You're validated... Look in for sale - here's a bike you should buy
  5. I thougt that. It was 4 mins long, for a start. Adverts rarely exceed 1 minute. Half a minute is more like it. It was like a song video, and then with a advert on the end. Cool riding though.

    Crossover Idea

It won't. I did it, it leaked.

    One Day No Chain

I might try this, I have a feeling it would help me learn to pinch-gap
  8. This thread? The link goes directly to Kev's stories, which are f**king funny!
  9. It probably won't be worth £450. £200-250 is more like it, but as said above, we don't have much info to go on.
  10. Thumb-master? At the beginning, one dude nominates himself as the thumb-master When you're at the bar, the thumb-master puts their thumb on the bar on the sly. The rest of the players join in, and the last player to do it downs their drink. The loser is the next thumb-master. There's the same game but with a finger on the nose, too. There's a few variations. Also, the RING OF FIRE, anyone heard of that? Ring of fire rules.
  11. I do listen to new music on occasion. I don't listen to music so often any more. I've got an iPod, but I rarely use it at the moment, I in phases from listening to loads, to hardly any.
  12. 8.7 is rather good. I like the topic title I appear
  13. Good work. It took me a few hours to do mine when I did it And another hour to true it the next day. I didn't take my own advice with the releasing tension or turning the nipples the same amount though, so it ended up as a slightly uncentred, dud wheelbuild
  14. I've been meaning to get spotify, but I've never got round to it. Is it worth it? Most of the music I listen to I've got on iTunes though.
  15. If only middleburn would try out the splined crank idea...
  16. This does work, but you also have the risk of rounding the hole the bigger allen key makes.
  17. Mmm, and the blade frame is 1.5 Get one made, there's no reason not to. Have a good look at the geometry you want though. Remember, you can choose the geometry of any other frame out there, or even your own.
  18. Hey, I used to live in keighley, about 12 years ago One piece of advice - don't type in one massive block of text, it puts people off reading it =/
  19. It looks nuts when you see them jump up massive stuff like people do on trials bikes. On a trials bike, you've got the drivetrain to rely on for power, but on a unicycle, it comes from nowhere.
  20. Your signature is MASSIVE. You just need a couple of tweaks, and you'll be set for validation. Here's one - capitalise your I's when you're referring to yourself A lot of the time, mods rely on members to report for validation. It doesn't work too well, because there are a lot of... silly people in NMC, and it puts you off visiting there. I've been reporting for validation recently, so maybe your turn will be soon, or something.
  21. I think you're using an online translator Alex likes your bike. He asks if it is light or heavy.
  22. Hehehe Hahaha anyway, Youtube Video -> ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">
