Doh. On a related note, Premiere seems to be full of bugs - it just crashed now. Heh, I don't think it helps not really knowing how to use it.

Erm... there's a source box, on the top left, which is where all the imported files go. I know this because I've got it to do it with a random MPG file to see if it would work. There's only one setting to capture as. There's no other box open that has the files sitting in there ready to use. edit: Ahh, well. You're right Ben... there's another window to open called 'Project', which it does import to. That's pretty retarded, not having the box that you keep the files in to drag to the stage open in the first place. Lol, thanks!

Hi, dudes. When I import files into Adobe Premiere, they don't show up in the source box. I've heard this is to do with codecs, so I thought I'd capture the footage with Premiere - of course it would be able to read files it captured itself. Apparently not, I've got a 6.5GB .AVI file made by Premiere that still won't import. Help! Edit: What's more frustrating is it imports with After Effects.
