K-124 (which is run by the tarty guys) sell some flatland bikes, made by koxx. Cost-wise, the same as an ordinary BMX, to be honest. You could pick up a good enough starting bike for £350 new, I guess. Riders-wise, I dunno. Just look on youtube. Same for tutorials. Flatland is looks haaard, so kudos if you can do it.
