Although things like ti axles for pedals work out stronger and lighter, emphasising that it must not be heavier than alu.

Single best thing - making a shit-scary ride, and not testing it, so that the suckers would go on it and get shit-scared. Alternatively, making a superfast launch ride where it was a corkscrew after a loop straight in the air, and then having the track cut short, resulting in the carriages flying off in all directions.
