TTW, testing the water, is a bit like saying either 'I want to see how much I can get for this' or 'I might sell it if someone offers me enough, or else I'll keep it'
And the second question, onza, GU, Echo, ZOO!, one of those.
I personally think shipley looks like a good spot, I do want to ride there quite a bit.
Cool vid, I agree that music would improve, but it was peaceful without.
Spose lol, but there's knack all actually in nottingham, it's all further away, so I guess it's better to wait for you guys to spot the spots and tag along if I can, or wait to see if it's any good before going.
Mind you, I suck so I find natural pretty solid, so as much as I'd like to ride rocks, I don't look to go to natural spots so much.
The barbs for the crossover are meant to be shit, and come off when you're fitting them.
It'd be cool if there was a small splitter for braided crossovers, but then you'd need to be able to shorten your crossover, they're pretty long.
I don't think it matters, the problem with square taper is I think because it's quite obviously tapered, the crank is more prone to coming loose. You have to tighten the crank-arms more often.
Tar sucks, I'd consider it a last resort. If you put too much on it sticks, if you use too little it's useless, and it goes funny in the wet.
Brake spray isn't great either, I knew a guy who used it, it used to wear off really quick.
It seems like most people use a smooth rim on the front. The front brake tends to work better than the rear anyway, because it encourages the bike to lift up when you pull it, if you see what I mean.
It does sound like the BB is naff. You might fancy grabbing hold of the crank arms and pulling them to see if there's play in the BB, which would make it certain.
Lol, muddyfox used to make good bikes once.
Me and a mate used to have a Rock n roll rage which was pretty cool, but when he was looking after it it got stolen, and then one time months later, we saw it in the uni we go to ride at, being ridden by some random chinese lass. Haha!
