Haha, the other thing is, they're out of stock on tartybikes. So I can't anyway! If someone had one of the 1020mm WB ones for sale, for a sensible price, I think I would struggle to resist.

Siiiiick. Don't think it affects my riding but I will say this, I think when I ride solo with music I stay at spots longer.

Sometimes on a solo ride. I voted for 'put one earphone in' but in reality I have both in, I just turn it down so it's quiet enough to hear my hub and stuff over. Never on a group ride, that's a bit antisocial. If you edited the poll so it said, yes, but turned down so I can hear my bike, I'd change my vote.

Well, welding aluminium makes it more brittle, so if you weld it the crack will go but it will be more likely to crack again.
