  2. Heres mine http://s141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMS...rrent=trals.jpg
  3. Helps if you can ride, I'm a proper noob i suppose when i get better there will be more to ride
  4. Yup push ups and pull ups, also alot of your strength comes from your core, stomach and your lower back but the rest is all down to technique which comes with practice.
  5. Yeah i know Mike i got him to grind my rims for me. do you think i could get a stock on a train? its pointless coming to Warrington nothing here.
  6. Swimming nothing better than 20mins front crawl (builds up shoulders) , or get a set of done bells and build it up that way. Also press ups and chin ups working your upper back
  7. Hey just got validated, is anybody in warrington that rides i know of a few who have ridden but are giving up, anyone still riding?
  8. tried that can't remember why it didn't work but it didn't thanks for your help any way
  9. i know this is a repost but the programs already listed don't work with my old pc or the finished video has a huge advertisement in the middle. So far the best program i have is windows movie maker but it doesn't allow me to do certain things, so is there any video editor you know of and it must be free as after buying new bike bits i can't afford to buy anything. Tim.
  10. I told a mate on msn i had a trials bike and he asked what cc it was, only other questions worth mentioning have already been mentioned
  11. If this is a regularly reposted thread shouldn't one of these threads be sticky to prevent any further reposts? Also i am thinking of bleeding my rear hs33 with water but as it's always cold i would defiantly want to put anti freeze in there, but how much anti freeze, what sort of ratio?
  12. I got a t-rex and after the first 2 months i realized how much easier a mod would be to ride but i've stuck it out got better and i just bought a few new bits and I'm happy with it now. Save up loads and buy a stock but keep riding your mod.
  13. A mod would be easier to learn on and as a rule are the cheaper bike you could pick up a second hand mod off ebay for about 200 but a second hand stock could be any where from 200 - 500, i got my t-rex for 450 brand new off supercycles
  14. I wear alloy gloves got them for a tenner at a motorbike show. comfy, cheap and come in a variety of colours what else could you ask for?
  15. hey have you got any pictures of your Base TA-20 20" or a spec?

  16. i started off on a 26" onza t-rex and its never failed me id say go 26" it'll be easier to ride after riding downhill
  17. hey, mod bikes are probably easier to learn on, cheaper in the first place and in the long run but i have a onza t-rex and i can't fault it, I'd say look on eBay but only after trying a bike, personal preference and all that.
  18. sorry but you can't beat a nice jog to the gym in the rain.
  19. if 14 and got the trex spec one and i don't think it's heavy at all great bikes got mine from supercycles 499pounds (don't have the pound sign on my pc) but got 50quid off. They're not heavy compared with most bikes, but i suppose the more expensive the bike the lighter but you don't need it. hope i helped
  20. i think it was about 150 pounds every trials on my gas gas, not because there rubbish but because i was spoiled really not had any time to spend on my t-rex but i'm getting myself a few bits for it soon under 30 quid though. It's all worth it though.
  21. hey i bought my trex from supercycles. My dad got £50 quid off i'm sure you could get a little more if you really pushed http://www.supercycles.co.uk/site_details.asp?ProductID=43 hope i helped
  22. Thanks for all your help, it looks much better: http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMSIBF/Photo-0065.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMSIBF/Photo-0073.jpg I'm proper chuffed :king:
  23. thanks. you make it sound really easy but is it really easy even for beginners? also i was told it was a lazy piston i read how to fix that on the wiki page and that didn't seem easy. How much do you reckon it'd cost to get someone else fix it?
  24. hey I've only been riding bike trials for 4 weeks had a couple minor problems along the way but now I've messed it up again and i really don't know what to do. I got a few pictures, I'm just wandering if the best thing to do is take it a bike shop or is it an easy fix? http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMSIBF/Photo-0057.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMSIBF/Photo-0053.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMSIBF/Photo-0056.jpg and one of my old gas gas txt200 - http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r42/OMSIBF/Photo-0059.jpg sorry about the bad quality all pictures where taken on an old phone and i was cold and shivering. ------------------------- just read the wiki bit and is it a lazy piston? if so is it easier and cheaper to get it fixed at a shop than doing and making a mess of it myself?
