Halfords was paying a lil over the minimum wage then went up so i think i am on £4.80 (i'm 17) Pretty poor considering i could go work for co-op for 5+ an hour to sit on my hands. I have asked for a pay rise as they do recognize i work bloody hard but "there isn't any pay roll". But yeah i do every job including when we didn't have a specialist i had to liaise with the full timer who knew nothing and had a million phone calls during college on how to do stuff. I do repairs, PDI's, shop floor gaps, ticketing, ordering, deliveries, cleaning, stock checking, refunds, order editing, fixing f**k ups, promotion cahnges, plaongrams (how the store should be layed out) and alot more...... I have spent a whole day sorting out my warehouse gettign it how it should be then poof come back two days later it is mayhem!!! TBF it is getting better now we have a specialist. I am giving up as ther is no incentive, i mean i understand you shouldn't be incented to work as thats what your pay is for but it is soo stressful soemtimes it seems too much!! EDIT: i even work downsatirs from time to time, i can fit headunits and even do sub and amp fittings although we as a store ain't allowed to do em. Tom

I work in a store that apart from me and my specialist no one knows shit all....... I am only part time but when i am there i have to work like a f**king donkey to sort out f**king ridiculous mistakes!!! I am handing my notice in in a month (after the bonus i worked so hard to get ) I am the only one who knows how to evaluate a problem and give advice to a customer...... I have a que of people to talk to me while they f**k about as they don't know what to say. The place is always a tip no one follows the rules and i am on my final warning for letting my friend change some forks over to be honest if you watn underpayed over worked stressful and minotinous work got o halfords

Hey, depends on a few things really 1.) price 2.) age of the product 3.) Well maintained? As for a product my friend had one and he loved his (brand new though) so yeah providing it is fitted correctly and you mainain it i don't see why it would blow up lol i have never heard of em doing it. hope i helped Tom

I have a 203 rotor but to be honest all you will need is a 160 or 180 at the most. The brake has the most amzing bite and hold and has never slipped on me yet. It is amazing value No fluidhose to split Easy maintained easy adjustements Amazing hold Great modulation when needed never slipped yet etc Can snap forks
