  1. I've sent a few frames out in the past (non trails) and I always roll some stiff cardboard into a tight roll which is just wide wide enough to fit snuggly between the dropouts, this stops them from being bent when my posty decides to jump on the box.. also works between forks. Then I usually bubble wrap it and stick it in a box filled with srewed up paper (old newspaper). As for actually sending it, either Parcel Farce or I use DHL through my work.
  2. Thanks for the link, unfortunately I cant view the ebay link at work (damn internet restrictions) so cant see any of the details. Looks like someone has offered him £300 as well though. I cant even reply to the post due to me being new.
  3. I'm after MOD (if that means 20"/19") For 2 reasons.. 1. I'm more used to BMXs and 2. they look easier to use.
  4. Hi All, my first post so apologies if all this is dull. I've been looking for a trials bike on and off for a couple months now, I really didnt want to spend too much but it looks like you really need to spend a decent amount for a good bike. I really wanted to spend less that £300 for a trials just in case I dont get on with it. Anyway recent finds on the web have pointed me to these 2:- Da Bomb Team Magura - is the only thing good about this bike the brakes? http://www.bikes4trials.com/products.php?plid=m1b3s11p315 Onza T Pro (a phone call to a shop recommended this but not sure if he was just trying to get a sale) - Cheapest price for one of these I've found on the web http://www.onyerbike.co.uk/buy.asp?id=1484&bike=true I quite like the look/style of these 2 frames, I love the way the top tube slopes at the same angle as the rear, I know looks dont count for the way you ride but that's just me! Is there any advantage for this? I guess it gives more room? Now I'm only a beginner, I used to ride BMX in my youth (i'm no spring chicken) so I have a bit of balance and can do VERY BASIC stuff, (un gracefull hops, endo's etc). Is it really worth paying the extra for a T Pro? and if so, is it worth getting Magura brakes as un upgrade or will the csble brakes be good enough? Any advice appreciated especuially any other recommendation for a beginner bike under £400 preferably nearer £300! Cheers Del
