  1. Well if I wanted to be really picky, I could measure both axles from the ground, find an average, and then measure the bb.
  2. Yeah It says its +20, but I know for sure its about twice that.
  3. I might save that and read it again some time on a rainy day. Was a good read, perhaps you should write a book lol, id buy it (Y) But blimey, you must have been in propper painage! How did you sleep or take a pee, or go for a shit? Sam
  4. Frame - Leave it alone. Forks - Getting lighter forks (Fatty Rs) will reduce some front end weight makeing th bike easier to control on the back wheel. Wheels - Wide rims = weight but more stability, slightly narrower rims (mavic ex721) will make your bike lighter and still very strong. Expensive hubs will also make your bike significantly lighter but I woudnt worry to much about that at this stage to be honest. Tyres - Michelin Hot s, grippy in the dry, very light, puncture resistance ok-ish. Cranks/BB - Lighter cranks will also bring the weight down. Middleburns may not be that light but the weight to strength ratio is excelent. Misc parts (it all adds up) - Ally headset, remove the little springs in your QRs, drill rims, lighter inner tube in the front, disk brakes weight quite a bit and so do maggies so run a V up front, Ti QR levers, ti bash ring. Bout all that I can thnk of that will drop some weight :(
  5. s'ok, just done it. I have +45mm rise :( w00t!
  6. Tut, Sam you silly willy, just worked out how to do it, Measure the height of the axles and then the bb. duh!!!. Delete this.

    Holy macaroon fish.
  15. Erm well hang on.. Iv used both. My CRMs are the best pads out of all the pads I have ever tried (koxx, viz, kool stops etc and so on) Only get the spanish flys if your riding only comps and natural. The crms are ok under a little moisture but not as good as the spannishs. I think youl find it nicer to have the extra hold and bite of the crms to be honest and on street the crms will serve you amazingly. Add me to msn or something if u like (Y) Infact i have some spanish flys u could buy if u like
