Look for local model shops in your area in the yellow pages. Take your car along and they should be able to find you the glow starter you need. Some are different sizes, and they might not fit in your head/heatsink so you need the right one. To tune it, you just need to use it really. Adjust the idle speed so at idle you have the throttle open about 1.5mm (when you look into the carb and see the gap) and then play about with the highspeed needle and adjust it a very small turn (like 3mm) each time. Just don't run it too lean or too rich. Is there anything else you need? I have loads of spare parts, a brand new os.15 engine, a brand new new carb, couple of exhausts, new kyosho shocks, brand new kysho alu chassis, brand new wheels and tyres. Lots of tools etc.
