  1. Bill Swallow used to arrange the trials, now (Bob Speight) a parent of one of the riders has stepped in along side Bill but its mostly Bob thats sorted it all out and i think the reason for why its on sat is because his lad plays rugby on a sunday. Me and Bob are setting the sections out on friday afternoon. The beginner course is more or less just riding over tricky little rocks and tight turns, were novice is quite a big step up and requires more hopping and inter will run quite near novice but with a few more tricky hills and drops. So i should think he would be good in Novice. Neathermoor is such a good place it has a good verity. Its also very sheltered if it does rain.
  2. This was orginally posted in trials chat, but it really needs to be in news! The first Huddersfield Falcon trial for about a year, they stopped due to lack of riders, thats mainly down to it being unknown to cycle trials. So i have been told to spread the word. These trials are perfect for new members/young/beginners. This trial will be held at Neathermoor Farm, Thewlis Lane, South Crossland, Huddersfield and will start at 1PM This club runs by the ACU so you will need a license. But for this first trial you dont have to worry so much about it as it's the first and its short notice. You can download the ACU forms here: http://www.acu.org.uk/uploaded/documents/2...tion%20Form.pdf There will only be 3 classes for this trial: (if more experienced riders join, another class will be added) Biginners Novice Intermediate If you would like to ride this trial then you can download the entry form here: http://www.nadinestaniforth.co.uk/Huddersf...%201%20regs.pdf If you would like any more info about Huddersfield Falcons check out the website here: http://www.falconmcc.co.uk/ Or PM me.
  3. BUMP!!!! Thought id bump because Olivers in Spain
  4. Who is actually going to this? Anyone interested? Next Sat!
  5. Right! Oli just sent me the entry form so iv changed them to a PDF and uploaded it to my site. So if any of you would like to compete at this trial download the entry form >>HERE!<< Obviously you will need an ACU licence, (i think Oli posted up the link previously!) but you will need Huddersfield falcons to stamp it and sign it. Not sure how that's going to work! If theres any problem with the link please tell me! (Oli can please edit the starting post's title to say the regs are up please!)
  6. 4.15 of zooming in on cobb webs really did my head in!
  7. Does anyone know or know any good tutorials on like how to make an image look like a stencil but not in the way like youd print it off and actually use it as a stencil, but to make it look like it had been stanciled. I cant find any examples but i think Craig lee scott did one like a magura with zoo on it!.. anyone remember that?
  8. MINT!, although the glen is gonna get totally raped at the vast amount of riders going! Sounds very tempting, but i am actually scared of how many riders are gonna be there, thats the only thing putting me off .
  9. Sweet!. Stick with the stock. I liked your style on the 20 and to see that on the stock would be mint!. Can see that your not used to stock yet though.
  10. From previous trials: White - Beginner Yellow - Novice Blue - Inter (if any riders) Red - Expert No, there is no elite. Falcon's never have had an elite class. But all depends on how many riders turn up and what level they ride at... i should expect the first trial will be easy as both the organisers will be finding their feet as to what i said about how many and how good, or if any new comers are riding.
  11. I'll be going to this!... and i need an acu licence... darn it!
  12. They just said on the news, upto 48 hours after could be aftershocks!. Doubt they will be big though.

My mum n dad both were asleep for a good hour before it happend and both got up trying to stop the pictures from moving on the wall which didn't work because .. well it was an earthquake. I was shaking my self with pure fear!...n took me forever to get back to sleep i was sure it was gonna do it again!... But i don't think i want to witness another earthquake again, i truly thought the sky was falling!.
  14. My dads got a 250 sherco ... and my 125 feels like it has just as much power if not more than the 250 i tell you now, you don't wonna give it much gas all at once or it will be off with you!, also it handles so nice... you just get on it and you know instantly what its capable of, it just wants to ride over everything!, only thing stopping it is your bottle!
  15. Get your self a Sherco 125!. f**kin real machine!!

There really is nothing you can do, only take each day as it come's!. I had a hamster that died from a brain hemorrhage... not nice to see when your about 12, a hamster still walking covered in blood but... thats the only pet loss iv really encountered. I have a cat at the moment which is 4-5 i cant remember... but i cannot imagine him gone with out getting a lump in my throat!.
