When you bled the magura did you make sure that the TPA was fully out ? And for the bb7 that happened to me just ride along doing stoppies and keeping the brake on to heat the disk up. Then poor some water on it and you should see the water evaporate making a small noise. Do that a few times and It should work perfect if not then sand the pads and put the rotor into boiling water
