Just go to bed early? Watch Tv for abit, if that doesnt put you to sleep just turn all the lights off and just lay there or listen to music for abit Since the Summer started and there was no reason to get up early I started to stay up 'till like 2-3am for no reason I then started to wake up at 12ish so i've started setting my alarm for 9am every morning now instead and I normally go to bed about 11/12ish Hate waking up past mid-day, not sure why
