Get a hole second hand bike off ebay and just change the bits you dont like to match your personal preference (sell the old bits aswell) -
Pair of airlines maybe ? there cheap and semi decent.

if the snail cam doesnt touch the bolt put a wide wash on before you put the bolt in so the cam his the washer instead of the bolt
