Normally schwalbe tires are a little bigger they are all like that just takes abit of patients to get them on

Yeh Build it all from 2nd hand parts there normally alot cheaper and you can get decent bits that shops cant eg discontinued (sp) stuff

Yeh i got a set a week ago their petty mint i couldnt really feel the difference with the zoo forks and the zona what weigh 870g they seem pretty ridgid and not alot of flex..

Grind is were you run a angle grinder around the rim to ruffen it up and put a sharp surface so the pads work well and grip the grind and you might have a lazy pistons spray some lube on it.
