dude, you will need to leeve the pads to wear in if your cleaning them set them up with lil tar and use them after a while they get old and get better for some reason

well your pads must be conttaminated then.. i put my plaz on today for 2 mins lil tar light sharp grind and they loud as f**k loudest pads i ever used

smooth your grind off with sand paper and add a tiny bit off tar u will be amazed
