  1. i asume that youve drilled about 4-5mm yea? get a 1mm bigger drill bit and just drill the top about 0.5mm deep and then run thetap down the hole, this should give the thread lead so it should start, the coild should have a small bit in the middle for the tool to hold which goes in first then gets snapped off to lock in place

    wall thickness is from normaly 1-3mm depending on what frame really
  3. kool pics mark that backwheel looks quite big in pic, did you attemp the wall at the back ?
  4. 14-16 pretty much the best gear going when you run the ti bash
  5. ll secound that, dont bother with gt 85 use chain oil when fitting, finishline is nice
  6. you will have a hard job to drill them if they are stanless steel bolts, best thing cut them with a hacksaw blade where the champs join then you should be able to grab with molgrips

  9. if you have an old cassette take it appart and use one or two of the spacers from it to space out the bb,make sure you got enough thread in the frame though, so dont be silly and put 4 spacers in

    Chains

    just wonderin how often you change em or do you just wait till they snap ? also what chains are you running?

  13. its got loads of street but its not ur normal kind of street, not many rails, and endlessamounts of natural. you'll see whan you get there

DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER! dont go near the seals with fairy liquid either, sounds like its leaking, return it to magura they will most probly give you a new one, you can put the rotor in the dish washer to remove the oils, you will need new pads, unless you want to bake them in the over for a while30mins normal does it

  18. like who may i ask? just to confirm iv booked the 4th and 5th off work so ll be there, martin walker should also come along to as the only local from www.trialsride.co.uk ll probly stay at his on the sat night so would be able to ride sat to if any one is staying over in abber and as for meeting place the main sea front bit is good as there is a couple of small harbours in abber as for time more like 11 would be better, as it gets dark about 5-6 so who alls gonna come ?
  19. i get plenty of exercise pushing the peadals in my car abber doesnt have that many places to ride where the general pubic go anyway one of the main reasons its great to ride there, and loads of the people are students and dont mind watching people on bikes hoppint about

  23. cus the frame its self is so stiff you dont need an expensive booster, good old magura booster will do the job
  24. 175-wb +15-bb rise 375-cs 72-ha thats what id imagine id like but thats just from comparing frames iv owened and had, but it may be crap
