if you really want to get a brand new bike have a look at merlins range as they are the best for the price by far you cant get a nice bike for £600 their, rather than paying for the brand. but to be honest you dont wanna be buying a brand new bike, have a look on ebay find a nice clean secound hand bike, theirs loads out there which just never get rode, once you ride an xc bike its worth about have the price or build one up can build a nice one if you buy good parts secound hand eg you could get a pair of hope wheels mint for the price of shimano new good luck

yea thats just quickly drawn up but id say that you need to have the top bolt on top of the stay, the dropout its self isnt gonna break if its gonna break its gonna be the weld ll draw a decent one up tomoro past my bed time

summit like that just to give you an idea of the shape perhaps going longer up the stay for a stronger join ll have think tomoro if i get time and do a proper one for you, thats just a quick idea

that mount will crack on the weld the disc mount needs to over lap the chain stay like the mbk and simatra, no need for it to be 10mm wide as mine ner broke, it just cracked on the weld joining it and it was about 5mm wide id go for a mount that goes up the stay more

firestone are really good on car tyres what size are they ?

park do a 2 pined tool that should be ok for doing them up, you local bike shop will have one

thanks every one pic was on my phone thats probly why and as for the disc mount onza do the 2 year crash replacement so who cares if the disc cracks it will crack but probly last 8-10 months depending on how smooth a rider you are
