  4. depending on the size of the head, file 2 flats on its so you can get a spanner on about 8.9 or 10mm should do

    High Stems

    ok iv got the limey frame and i need a nice stem to suit it, whats every one use with them? im thinking about getting one of the high rise stems think thomas ohler used to have one not sure cheers

  9. hey mate there is a bike shop in tenby buts its a lil crap, get the train to carmarthen and come ride with me! its about 30 mins on train
  10. wash the rotor with hot water and fairy, and replace the pads, then bed it in with water, dont drag it find a large hill and do some hard sharpe stops dont expect to be good right away will take a weeks worth of riding
  11. you will never get it all off just re grind it if you can get ur hands on a grinder

  13. you need to hit the crank on the side where the green lines are on all 3 lines, in line with the tapper of the bb, just keep hitting it there and it will come off
  14. question to onza: is that tube/pipe welded between the top tube and yoke ment to add mechanical properties to the frame such as stress relife or is it just for looks ?

  16. secound to chris king medical grade stainless bearings which can last up to 20 years from experience hope bearinsg tend to last around 4 years from general xc use, and hope use INA bearings in their hubs, and it just so happens thats im an engineer for INA bearings

  24. ok i got them today, ordered 1 size down from what i normaly wear like it says on tarty's site, well got them on and my good are they tight so just how much will they strech? not sure if i should send them back for next size up, only wearing them round the house so far
