  3. lol mark you know i love you really, and whats wrong with living in wales? and im not a bum boy at all, iv just seen the bike in real life and its looks much better than in the pics.... some one gotta stick up for ben on this one, and by the way i like stans bike to... even if it is a bit orange every ones got there own likes and dislikes just the way it goes...
  4. i used them when i had a hope brake years ago and in a marta, really good, dont last as long though..
  5. i do think people are being a lil bit harsh, just cus i dont look like stans bike, all matching colours and stuff, after all its a prototype and bens trying different parts to see what works best, not what looks best, and as hes only just got the frame i believe hes waiting on more rockman stuff to turn up in the post all the way fron singapore.... i can see what people are saying.. take the bit of tape off the forks and change the colour of the pedals and grips and it would look mint, the pics dont do it any justice at all, looks really nice in the flesh.... maybe ben should post some pics of him ridding it and mark you could post some of stan on his bike, see which one looks most PRO.........
  6. im not from london but i have been around london on the tube with my bike, and didnt have a problem

  12. rode there last week, gotta say the bogs are quite nice to, i took full use of them.... and as for the ridding the random stuff ben has built are really original, can really see how many comps hes been to all over the world to get the ideas ll be back there plenty thats for sure
  13. dont be nasty to kid, just cus hes far better than you....
  14. how do you find brake setup? its a real fanny on mine i have 18/15 new chain and the half joining link and the wheels to far back to set the brakes up decent, and with the chain any shorter it dont go on the cogs, had to mill the slots in my clamps
  15. i rode the bike of the main zhi rider when i was in china, he had thoses cranks and they felt pretty stiff to me, even though i couldnt do to much as the brakes are the wrong way for me, im sure the the bionic bike has his parts
  16. your mrs isnt gonna be happy you got your bike on the table
  17. thats the best type of ridding mate, and a bit of mudd will only improve you... best not be pulled into the tgs stuff, get on the rocks from the off love to have a go on that bike, puts my gas gas to shame lol
  18. lol ok i thought they were going on about the size of the holes, not the profile of the extrution........ not had much to do with them so ll shut up
  19. there isnt a better one out there, i had one for about 5 years, still works took it off when i went to a frame with horizontal dropouts, my mates had one for about 8-9 years and still works perfect
  20. ok yet again, read my topic, nothing to do with me that its got to this... and if im lying, why woud i say that yea i agreeded with ali on the phone.... if i was gonna lie i think it would be best no to admit to that... i dont want to be argumentative i just want to defend myself if people think im lying... im no pete wright or whatever he was called
  21. how has this got into this???? iv said that i didnt use any spacers for ages now... and yes when i phoned up to see why it was taking so long, about a month after i sent it to tarty i spoke to ali on the phone and he said summit about spacers, and i just agreeded and i think i said summit like i just put on what ever come, after that it made me think what spacers is he on about, and i couldnt think of any spacers, then i asked nick and ben if i had any, as i didnt think so the next time i phoned, probly about 2-3 laters im sure i pointed out that i never used any and the last time i phone, i remember speaking to adam, who did offer me a spare koxx axle fair play to him... any way to be honest i work full time, often work 12 hour days, so stuff like spacers and bb replacements isnt really top of my list, i got so much more things to worry about mark its not tartybikes fault, and i might have come to the same conclutions if i didnt have any info any way all i wanted to is have any others snapped a RESET bb and had a replacement, so can we get back on topic.....
  22. loved the edit matt, made me laugh to myself remembering the banter going on, and Dan nailing himself on the stack...lol
  23. yes we already know that, they have got mixed up and have assumed that these spacers were used, but now its clear that i didnt use any, after telling them (adam) now tarty bikes can tell resset that they have made a mistake and that there was no spacer, then they can come to a conclustion as the retailer the warranty lies with tartybikes, of course they are going to consult with the manufacture
