Breath frame is totaly different from a koxx sky I am afraid to say. I previously rode a koxx sky. In comparison the breath is shorter in reach and the bb rise is slightly lower about 65mm depending on forks.
Regarding the quality you have nothing to worry about. Buying any trials frame is equaly the same in terms on risk. As it's not going to last forever.
Cop are it to my last 3 frames. Koxx sky, rockman slate and slate xl they are slightly more durable than than these in regards to down tube dents. As I found the rockman downtube to be easily dented.
Also the head tube area where iv snapped rockmans has seemed to be alot stronger.
As I expected it to crack at the head tube but it didn't.
The weakest point is undoubtedly the welded area on the 4 bolt.
I had a frame which cracked after 6 months of heavy riding on weld in this area.
I was using the racing line nano lever and 2 bolt carbon booster which added to the streets on the lower weld where it cracked.
Now running the standard 14mm racing line and no booster with out any problems.
As for value you get alot for your money.
Consider a nice 4 bolts booster to be on the safe side though
