just some clips on the slate xl, constructive comments welcome enjoy
  4. sounds like you answered your own question in that case
  5. Not a problem! I can guarantee if he learn to go to his right hand side he could go higher!
  6. I'm pretty sure Gilles would have gone to his right for the first sidhope he ever did unless he was told different, same as pretty much all of people, iv seen quite a few beginner riders around over the years and they pretty much all start by going towards the front foot! I know that's how I started! Where do you get 2 inches from ? Is that a guess at what the difference is on the 2 techniques? If it is I would gues more like 6 inches which is a fair difference, average penis size is 5.9 inchs
  7. So you think he could go just as high to his right hand ? Same weight, same amount of power differentt tech but 2 out comes! So we put it down to more developed muscles on one side, or technique? Totally agree with the other points
  8. http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=_fV6KQzkACk Goes both ways, which way is best ?
  9. I would tend to agree with that, on paper disc has more power, forks last, pads last, don't have to worry about bent wheels etc but I still prefer a front magura
  10. It's privatly owned land so you need permission, you should beable to get a contact number from the Essex bike trials site/people as they use it fairly often
  11. I totally disagree, it's not a personal preference! If your left footed then you need to be going to your right, I know it feels odd at first but stick at it and after a while. But one day all of a sudden it will feel right. Oh course it's a benefit to beable to go both ways. The main reason why its better is because you have to travel less distance, basically having to clear the pedal, and you leg is in the way for body movement. If you look at every all the riders who can side hop big they all go that way, with no excetions! I know it may feel totally wrong at first but the sooner you try to learn the better, when going the wrong way you are reinforcing that bad technique into your head, this making learning the correct way even harder
  12. Hope keep stock of old parts so they should have a shell, regarding the returns you should beable to email them and just write the info out and stick it in with the hub. Iv found them amazing with warranty in the past, and even after the sparky in work blew my light up they still fixed it free of charge! Same goes with middleburns, they have really good service. The cranks have 15 years so that shouldn't be a problem, at the worst they may charge you cost price. If you look on eBay you can buy koxx bloxx but not used them myself so not sure if they are the same ?
  13. Sorry but now your just talking rubish! Iv not never said any thing of the sort, iv never said they won't snap if you batter them into rocks/ Walls all the time. Only time well tell how long they last when they get smashed about, wait and see!
  14. so whats that got to do with jack snapping his forks? he doesnt fall off ever really. my comment was in reply to what ali said about having perfect tech and not really putting that much strees through the forks, and bike. gostrider- whats you point?
  15. To be fair, jack snaps alloy forks in 2 weeks, so it shows how much stress his forks are put through
  16. http://www.google.co.uk/m/search?site=images&source=mog&hl=en&gl=uk&client=safari&q=la%20sportiva%20ganda&sa=N#i=6 These give amazing protection if u have to bail, amazing grip to but expensive
  17. I can't think of any moves that put more stress through the forks than hooks and gaps to front. Apart from crashing
  18. easy job, i can do them if you fix my motor bike forks
  19. Don't know stock prob
  20. Not sure where you get 650mm reach from I get 656mm from jacks measurements
