  1. Lol they fill the bearing with the correct amount of grease in the factory. By weight.Bearings that are dry are normally for inside stuff like gear boxes which are submerged in oil. Or some times greased just to help build them as some can be tricky If your looking for a more durable bearing just get stainless steel normaly have prefix H Will last 4/5 times longer on average
  2. I'm sure they are just saving the £50 or what ever it costs them to get painted and selling them for less Good option to have if you ask me I think it looks good in silver
  3. Learn the the straight on way, any other way is just teaching yourself bad habits and it will only make learning the correct way harder When you can get the straight on every time then you can always try different angles etc

    alloy bolts

if you have a stem like the try-all style with the split clamp your ok to use alloy bolts there but i wouldnt go full alloy on the steerer clamp stuff like brake lever clamps are fine i would bother on the wheels or the disc just make sure you use grease other wise they will pic up and get stuck

  18. Unlike you Ali I don't have time to spend all day trawling throught ever topic on this forum. I happen to look at this quickly and seen the video comment, he could have just posted the link directly instead of posting some sarcastic comment. Thanks for expressing your fellings for me.
  19. Post something useful for once. Like the link please
  20. No maybe not a chain. But if you can't decide between some stuff you can order both, have a look then decide which you want then you can return what you don't want totally free and not out of pocket on postage twice. Was very helpful when I got some gloves but wasn't sure on size. So just send what didn't fit back Other shops are available
  21. Chainreaction do FREE postage and FREE returns
  22. Did you try to give him advice on his side hop technique to by any chance? Actually iv yet to see a video you have made and put up on here. I am glad some people agree with being happy to have the opportunity to watch him ride. I also remember the days of VHS and dial up.. Bad times
  23. Just order the 610 from chain reaction the are £9 and save yourself a £5 every time I personally would avoide a half link chain.
  24. Yes so two different tyres. Or do you think they come off the production line and half get marked up 'der kaiser' and half 'der baron'! No.
