    Carbon fork snap

That's what happens when people use them forks without an incert at the top. Andy ford had the same crash last year, top of the steerer just snapped at the headset
  3. You must have some power in them legs
  4. Which bb do you have ? Looks like you already tried some bearing it? Is there a spacer on the bb that they bottom up against? You could grind off about 1mm of the end of you bb axle to allow the crank to go on to the bb axle and futer onto the taper ?
  5. How heavy are you ? Iv had loads of the 610 chains never stretched alot. I would have noticed as I normaly hold up my old one next to new one to get the length right. Iv notice in the past with the kool chains that its nearly a link out difference
  6. just to let you into a secret, pretty much all decnt tyres will hold air for months with them rims and a bit of sealant, iv got the stans rims on my orange, i did start off with ust tyres but then tried out a normal runber queen on the front and it held air fine, at the moment and for the last year plus iv had a conti vertical pro traction normal folding tyre on the rear. nice and fast and only about 600 grams they roll alot better than normal tyres with tyres even if they are the same weight
  7. you wont go wrong with a heckler, great afor even a bit of trials lol, i have an orange sub 5 its not to bad to pedal, maybe not the best but its one of the best all round bikes iv rode
  8. you would probly find it easyer to stick on an extra pallet
  9. lol hes still pretty awsome now, i think he would do good in the comps now
  10. Iv seen loads on guys with full build koxx builds with it. I can't see there being any problems other than its wearing out sooner than a steel one
  11. Those chains don't stretch alot. Your better off with a k710. That's if it's any near to going on ? You could file the slot in the drop out an extra 1/2mm if it's near. I wouldn't use a half link if I could help it. And not an old one that's been used for a while. Any half links iv tried all snapped
  12. 20/17 or 22/19 are both fine for trials
  13. Drill it 4.2mm for m5 You can use a 4mm as it will cut over size any way Remember to use some oil or grease when tapping

  19. Any pictures of berry cliff ? I can't think if iv been there before
  20. There is a certain amount of axial loading on all hubs. That's like saying deep grove balling is the wrong choice for this solution. Yea in theory but they still work ok. Have you ever tried and stainless bearing in your hub ?
  21. Maybe some grades but not a problem with the bearings. Chris king have stainless standard and they last along time
  22. working now, im not the best at computers sorry
