hej, i would say the tire pressure depends on your "skills". if you don't drive for a while it is better to run your backwheel with enough pressure to save your rim. it depends also on the things you want to do. if you allways drive on rails you need enough traction so you must run on low pressure. an other point ist that you must look at your weight. so test it in some trainings and you get to know which pressure is the best for you. in my sight it is important that you don't run it to low.
