  1. it's hard to explain but i'll try. when a tyre has this fault if you look at the face of the tread (the part that runs on the tarmac) it will be uneven. where the grooves in the tread pattern are, the actual rubber either side of them should be the same depth. if you run your hand over the tread you'll feel that it differs. if this don't make sense pm me and i'll call you.
  2. just a quick thought, have you checked your tyres? they can make a similar sound to a worn wheel bearing. look at the tread pattern, see if there is any irregularity on the surface (a common problem on freelanders manier wheel bearing has been changed by mistake)
  3. where it's from? monty v koxx
  4. a worn wheel bearing doesn't come a go, unless you mean it's speed related. once a wheel bearing's shagged the noise will increase in volume the faster you go or increase in volume as you corner FACT. if it turns out to be the bearing and you've had it changed before, as someone else said you'll need to change the bearing and the carrier. if you can be more specific i might be able to shed more light on the problem.
  5. --> QUOTE(danny B @ Aug 2 2006, 01:06 PM) ←i didnt break a finger did me thumb so couldn't grip the bar so i think not to bad second with one hand ay right Dan I think you need top ride the next two rounds with your hand tied behind your back, just to prove the point

    Koxx Team

That's a fact! as for koxx, we aren't talking about a dad who runs an under 11 football team and always plays his son up front even though he's crap! koxx are a multinational company and support or rather sponsor some of the best riders in the world. i don't think for one minute vincent would be put ABOVE the company, there is far to much at stake! nobody wants bad press, lets wait a see what happens. IMO
  13. they've got that wrong! perhaps they meant master. gomez and xavi are definately master ben told me himself that xavi beat him. spain are very slow with the results this year.
  14. it's hard work trying to find any results. here's what i found so far. none of it's set in stone ELITE 1 DANI COMAS 2-BENITO ROS 3-KAZUKY TERAI SENIOR 1 MORGAN REMY 2-PETER MUZIJA 3- EDU PLANAS BENJAMIN 1 ARMAND MOLLA 2-LADISLAB JANOSKA 3-BERNAT SEUBA FEMINA 1-MIREIA ABANT 2- GEMMA ABANT 3-LOIS MORGAN i know ben savage came second to xavi an italian won expert 2nd was gavin bedford, 3rd waynio 4th danny butler.
  15. guess hyland won then, how did duncan do? does anyone know what chris's problem is? it was weird in back cowm he couldn't walk but he could ride ish! guess he did a good job this weekend though. mind you i don't know how anyone could ride it was +33 here in the mids guess devon was even worse. he he very funny he is a lanky twat mind you
  16. nah it's all in the skip or in storage now, ask matt what he's got left.
  17. you should have said dave, we're on the verge of moving and i chucked a shed load of zoo and echo stuff in the skip inc stickers could have made a few quid DOH!
  18. as the above states, anyone know how his foot held out, i couln't go as i had a prior arrangement. i know at back cowm it was well mashed, did he ride, did he finish and will he be well enough for the worlds, our hopes rested on him this year. the wayne rooney of trials
  19. do you really think so? i'm not sure i believe that as 75% of the people on here don't really know that much about trials
  20. if i'm there again rob next time i'm gonna be in my landie
  21. in my opinion, it's very important if you're laying out a hard/challenging trial that you should include 1 or 2 sections that everyone should be able to get out of. at a british round people are forced to ride routes because of their age not ability. hence the odd easy one
