Firstly, well done to CRC for free PNP but i just recived a stem from Supercycles which i sent back on a half price renew basis *return and onza product thats damaged and buy a new 1 for half price wich is a Excellent idea, shows you how much profit they make - wonder if tarty bikes offer that?* anyway, i sent the stem out and it cost me 97P in stamps, as i recivied the very same stem i presume it costs exactly the same, maybe possibly a couple of pence up or down. trouble is, they charged me 3 quid to send it back, now i appreciate the envelope packet may cost something (probably about 5P) but they sent it in a second hand one :S i rang them and the guy *who didnt seem very happy, at all* said its probably labour charges, got me thinking if a shop that big cant see the cost of probably One person going to the post office * i assume they do 1 daily postal run* then im appauled. Kin rediculas, Also, Kudos to tarty for offering a postage cost where u get charged what it costs them i think phil is 2 quid per order too ! thats good sutff from the 'smaller' shops rant over
