dont worry about the weight, for one. can get big muscles if your bike weights a bit more. lol i have a standard pair of fatty's and they are awesome, bit shorter than some forks so they may affect your bikes geo. but if u can handle that they should be pretty good. regards

sorry dude, there wasnt really much of a plan. it just came up in conversation and tom said he wanted to come. if more people are willing to drive come along, it would be awesome to have a bit of a group going. make a good road trip down there too.

Food wise, my plan was to stock up in Carfore or l'eclerc (supermarket) on the way down. Bread, cheese and wine are my priorities, lol.

it broke, lol. managed to snap two springs and kill the the body that the springs and pawls sit in. god knows how, but hope better fix it. the buthiers campsite is 28 euros a week per person. it doesnt say anything about paying per tent too. I assume this includes showers etc. we need some sort of fridge too to keep beer and food cold! rents may have one that drives off the car battery but iremember it being a bit rubbish. should get return crossing for 80-90 pounds. and the rest is just food drink and fuel!

i was told the koxx days place is open all the time for normal camping, am i mistaken?? Tom, you may need to bring your spare wheel with you, i have ruined my hub and i am sure i will probably ruin it again after hope have sent it back. you can still come my lovely quiggle monster but u would probably need to drive?? are you game as i think i know someone that could go with you if you wished for the road trip???

i am loving the green and black, and means i could easily go completely stealth apart from spokes, cranks and grind.

it does, a bit brighter, the pictures have dulled it down a bit. you may see it at the comp if my hub returns in time. I got it done at a company in Gosport called plasticoat. It cost £30 for frame and forks (would have been less if the forks were the same colour). To do it you just turn up and walk in, it will cost a fortune if you ring them and ask about it.

it rode lovely, then my hub started skipping and is now packed up and getting sent to Hope. So another week without riding me thinks. Aren't bikes fun!

i dissconnected the cable from the lever and cut off the olive too. poked that in the bottom end of the frame, when you can see the hose by the top hole i used something pointy (a sharp pencil etc) to stick in the end of the hose to guid it out the frame which pushing the cable through at the bottom end. Its suprisingly easy. Regards

goes in the frame where u can see by the headtube and back out on top of the seat tube just before the booster. Cheers for the comments guys.

Hey, Got bored and bike was horrible to ride so a good powder coating and some new bits are making me smile. Going out on maiden voyage in an hr or so. What it used to look like.... And Now....
