the darker area is just the grease etc from the inside of the freewheel, when it broke all the way through the metal was clean as a whistle.

Yeah, i only got this in november. have emailed tarty as i bought it from them. luckily i just rode up this small bank when i first got out riding so i wasn't gaping or putting any major force on it.

Hey, Tried searching but couldn't find anything, apologies if i didn't look hard enough. my freewheel died today, not by skipping but by a third of the chain ring outer breaking clean off, see pics below...... What could this be caused by? Has anyone had this happen before? Regards

I know i am a little late but here are by photos, all driving has been done on hampshire roads and no green lane-ing. BEFORE and AFTER i put the sponge to use (by the time i got all windows done is was dark) i think people that use their car off road should be eliminated! lol

was a good ride, good to see a couple of people haven't met before and the guys dont get to ride with regularly. Neil i love you! got home at half ten, when we got back to pompey at 7 we then rode till we could hop no more, feel so dead now!
