Basically to help promote the southwest as a great place to ride trials, and also as part of my graphics course i designed a website names tr southwest. Which is trials riding in the southwest. Trsouthwest.webs.com Check it out and maybe add some comments about it and maybe how to improve it.

Im creating a website but i want to get a video onto it but i dont just want the link to the site holding the video i.e youtube i want the actual video on the site so people can just play it from the site, not having to go on another to see or play it. Can anybody help?
