  1. ive done front wheel gaps plenty but still feel uncomfortable doing them, i would have thought your forks would have gave in before your wheel jamie
  2. if youve come from a bmx then a mod (20" wheel) is probably going to be easiest for you, also you'll probably get a higher spec mod than stock for same price tarty bikes mods
  3. id of rather seen a photo yes. should have got chicken madras or bhuna, had madras not so long ago was delicious
  4. im rather bored too, although ive got about 4 month off in total. cant exercise yet with pulled back muscle so my sleep pattern all changing and i wake up at like 6.30. played timesplitters 3 picked dad up from work had delicious indian, bhuna although it wasnt even spicy!! maybe madras next time watched 400th episode of simpsons fitted offset tensile brakemounts learnt a bit more how to do integration by parts and then maybe watch something about mary, or some other film and lie on an ice pack
  5. im guessing its wrong, breathing in too much isnt going to be a burden on your heart im here drinking pepsi which i know will make my heart flutter soon, but it doesnt bother me as its happened so much
  6. i think foam ones are for people with smaller hands as you can get more wraps round of your fingers. i had problem with middle fingers (had big grips) then i tried monty foam and they worked wonders. dont last long though, although i clench the bars like a matter of life or death
  7. i was thinking that when i first saw the show. dont think the public will be too kindly about the loud maguras especially old people, anyone smooth stan shaw
  8. things like that are getting more rare (rarer?) due to competition and technology, except the bb you seem quite unlucky there though
  9. your serious 10 cups? im assuming thats alot but im not a tea or coffee drinker so i dont know. at peak times for me my heart use to palpitate once every 20secs for 10mins or so, the caffeine (or something else in the pepsi) gave me the shakes too. so its only diluty juice for me if you cut down on the caffeine you might get bad headaches, something to do with constriction of blood vessels. ofcourse the doctor and an ECG would show everything
  10. caffeine does that, if you drink too much, or eat alot of chocolate thatll be the cause. the greatest thing that helps is not thinking about it
  11. tar doesnt really work in wet, and myself riding at the coast alot doesnt work. 2 year my koolstops lasted me then i ground my front rim and and 2 rides after grind they disintegrated. my forks were temporarily powdered red from the pads
  12. just go tensile, they are 110£ not sure with or without bash. I think theyre only isis making them really stiff, by comparison my square taper cranks before them were like hardened butter. crank arms light aswell
  13. vote for david cameron then. my friend declared herself homeless and she now has been given her own flat!! vote for david cameron then. my friend declared herself homeless and she now has been given her own flat!!
  14. I would imagine if you push yourself as much your fitness level would increase alot although its not comfortable. i could easily have 4 chilled showers a day if im eager to ride
  15. too much!! i sound like an old man 95p per litre. its the same as diesel, usually its a little lower
  16. can you tell me what you done to the bashring? Im stuck with the tensile dual one so that means a 20t or 22t 5 arm
  17. Ive never seen a raffle from any business as good as this one, especially due to its high priced parts and it's even in the trials market . And there's even a no spend limit on!! my jiffy bag collection will probably double
  18. Im putting together my magura, as I have a lever and 2 slaves, model before 05. I wondering if I can use the shroud nut and olive to connect the hose to the lever and one slave of this year model. Also if I get the nuts and olives is it self explanitory to fit them? Lastly is it possible to heat the magura hose to fit the barbed fitting? Thanks in advance
  19. Foam grips are better for the hands. I've got small hands and these are the best I can get. The only problem is they don't last more than 3 or 4 rides without splitting. Rubber ones are thicker and grippier, the Tryall ones will tear your hands up though. My hands were fine till I got these and my gloves had alot of padding. They last much longer though. Go foam they're so much nicer!!
  20. I would say my bottom bracket, I took it out and it was like a perfectly clean cut in half.
  21. I prefer natural as it seems to take more skill and is physically harder - if you follow some lines. It's generally all static moves so it can bring on your power. Street is a good measure up of how you compare to other people in terms of height, but new places need to found alot as it can get boring riding the same walls etc. They both can be great fun
  22. Try-alls are comfortable but their souls are too soft/thin. I was on some rocks and I couldn't quite make a gap and fell 2ft or so and my heal landed on the point of a limpet (it has an outer shell shaped like a cone). It made me walk with limp for few days
  23. Mate just got that Echo frame. He's says the front end is too low, but he can fix that with new forks (longer steerer) and stack more spacers under stem. I did have a go and to me its seems fine but I did have a Trex which also has a low front end. You'll get use to it though as will my mate . If you run Maguras (I think its magura only) The frame flexes quite a bit but a brake booster eliminates this of course.
