  1. At the moment I have a koxx levelboss which I have had since about christmas and the tyers are really starting to wear down. Lots of people have said to me I should get some creepy crawlers because they last longer. What do you think? Cheers, Chris
  2. I love my Ribos but they do look a bit wierd and are probably weeker than the Try Alls so if I were you I would go for the Try Alls. Chris
  3. My friend got his trousers caught in his chain once and in the end we had him upside down cutting his trousers with a knife. Chris
  4. Disk on the front because it makes front wheel gaps alot smoother but HS33 on the back. Chris
  5. I would say I ride probably every day if the weather is good but on the weekend I ride all day. Chris
  6. I have citrus pads and also love them but I know someone who had them on a grinded rim and they wore away within a few rides so make sure you don't grind your rim or if you do get some rim jam pads. Chris
  7. My friend has done exactly the same to his magura twice! I have also had lots of problems with my magura but mainly the TPA so I would think the echo CNC is better. Chris
  8. I think the Try Alls are much better than the viz but I would definitely go for the Ribos over the Try Alls. Chris
  9. I have Ribos at the moment that I brought off ben savage on his website. I think they make a big difference as they are light, comfy and grippy. I would recomend the Ribos or Try Alls, both are on ben savages website. www.trialsman.co.uk Chris
  10. I have a levelboss and mine has koxx forxx. The only koxxes I no of that don't have them is the koxx trick and the koxx djinn. Chris
  11. I have a pair of onza citrus pads on a smooth rim and I think they are brilliant. They are only £11 off tarty and stick really well. Chris
  12. I think buying a whole bike will save you time and money. I always have. But if there is something you don't like about the bike just change that part. Chris
  13. I've been having exactually the same problem with mine. It seized up so I brought a metal TPA but now I have somhow cross threaded it so it still doesn't work. I think that the best way to sort it out is to either take it apart and clean it as it might be dirt that it making it stiff (thats what also happened to me), or just buy an 04 magura as I don't know anyone who has had any trouble with theirs. Chris
  14. I have a pair of Try All rubber grips but have tried foam ones. I think that the foam ones are more comfy but will not last you as long as pair of rubber grips and do not have as much grip. I would go for a pair of rubber ones. Chris
  15. I find it all depends on what mood I am in. Like sometimes I will really feel like riding street but I normally want to ride natural because I find theres more to do. Chris
  16. I think that the Ribos are better for riding trials but I think that the Try Alls will last longer. But they are both good shoes, light, grippy and comfy but I think Ribos are altogether better. Chris
  17. I can't see how it would count. If you were in a competition and you did a sidehop but didn't keep control and had to jump back off it wouldn't count so why should it when you are riding anywhere else. Chris
  18. I would have to go for my trusty Try All 20" rim. Strong, light and looks good. I would definitely buy another one. Chris
  19. I have been having lots of problems with my 05 magura HS33 lever. I was wondering if you think I should buy another 05 lever or and older one which I have heard many people say are better. Cheers, Chris
  20. I have a pair of Try All cranks and think they are brilliant. There strong and light. I would also recommend a pair of Echo cranks. Chris
  21. If you want light rims I would go for the try alls but I do know some people who have cracked them. So if you are looking for some strong rims I would go for the echo 07 rims. Chris
  22. I have just ordered some off Ben Savages Website, www.trialsman.co.uk Chris
  23. I think that an Onza T-pro is a fantastic bike for a begginer. I know a few people now that have started on them and loved them. They are strong, light, nice looking and are not very expensive. It would definitely last you a long time. Chris
  24. I would go for the Try All over the Echo. I have a Try All myself and find it brilliant. Its light, strong and nice looking. I would definitely get another one if had to. Chris
  25. I think that what ever one you first get you seem to prefer. I know loads of people who started with the older HS33s and prefer them but I started with the newer one and prefer mine. Performance wise I think that they are just the same but one thing that is very annoying on the newer HS33s is the placement of the adjuster. But on the older one it is in a much better place. Chris
