I get this shit literally all the time, along with horrendous sleep apnea. I first started getting it when I worked shift work at the pub, and working a full day job. Because I would regularly literally fall asleep through exhaustion and then sleep very deeply for short periods of time it f**ked me up. I did a "sleep test" to try and sort it out and ended up only actually breathing for 26 seconds out of 60. Over a full nights sleep that's a shit load of missed oxygen, which is what triggers my sleep paralysis. Demon in your chest, mega lol...

Kick them in the face. - I have done something stupid, very stupid. When I got involved with Beth, I always knew she was going to Australia. And I always knew historically that she was very uncommital and that relationships just weren't her thing. Shit starts snowballing and before you know it we are properly together and now I don't want her to go to Australia for 6 months. Not that I have or will tell her that, obviously. All a bit weird, and annoyingly it's all my fault. -
Well go buy it then, let me know if it lasts longer than three days.

Driveshafts and CV joints are different things, and that listing is for a joint less driveshaft. The driveshafts cost a fortune.

We'll that escalated quickly.

Blinding cars, I was looking at them last night. Cheap to run, expensive to insure, cheap to buy and very fun. If the dephaser and belts are done they are very reliable, I loved my old 172. A set of cams, a decent intake (stone RS2) and a decent exhaust and you have a 210bhp screamer. Even just a standard RStuner remap makes them rev really well, and when the dephaser kicks in you get a really nice step in performance. Go get one.

I love E36's. They look so good!

Sounds fun, I f**king love smashing cars up. Prawn and I were literally brought up banger racing. It's 99% as fun as driving fast, and much less expensive. Just time consuming...

Will they clear the brakes?

I miss my old Passat. About 4 years ago as bought an X plate 1.8t sport Passat for £850. Bargain if the century.

That picture isn't for an 8L chassis car like Mikes...

Why? It's just a straight bit of pipe with a straight up and over bend. Is it dimensions you need, or routing?

305, Prodrive performance pack innit.

I just fell in love with an 04 WRX STI with the Prodrive pack. It's got 40k, one owner from new, black with gold wheels and a blue STI interior. Literally looks showroom style mint, it's beautiful. It's at the garage across the road from my local petrol station, so I know the lads in there and they said there wasn't a deal to be had on it, it was 8k or nothing. Got back to work and did some browsing and it's probably a 9/10k car going by what else is out there. Decided I was sold on it, then did an insurance quote. No Subaru for me.

If she is on top, she's the one doing the f**king. Because you're basically just laying there giving her what she needs. That's my train of thought and I am sure I am not alone. I certainly haven't got any dodgy looks or questions when I have told a girl to f**k me. And nothing has gone up my bum hole. Maybe it's a regional thing. Like how girls up north use a totally different sexual vocabulary to down south. -

Sounds pretty boring. By that, I obviously mean she's on top, -

I have got the weirdest question ever. Anybody on here been with a woman who SERIOUSLY gets off over beating you whilst she f**ks you? Shits getting out of hand! -
Cars are literally all I care about, f**k people. They're too unreliable.

I don't really expect anybody on here to want to buy these. But worth a shot, it's a copy and paste btw. I am selling off my brochure collection, it just takes up too much space. I have every single UK SAAB brochure, from 1952 to 1992. Every one of them, I also have multiples with different serial numbers, so I can match the month of registration to a print month for the brochure so you can have a brochure which would have been in circulation at the time your car was originally purchased. I have 2 E30 M3 brochures, two E36 brochures, one Evo and one non. The Evo brochure includes the Imola Individual (ii) models. I have a 964 Cup brochure from 1990. I have numerous Ford brochures, Mk1 Focus RS, Mk2 FRS, Fiesta ST dealer packs. etc etc. I also have this, an original March 2001 dealer only issued Mk1 Focus RS brochure pack. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261435965444?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 The Mk1 FRS was launched in October 2002, this was a provisional specification pack designed to get dealer feedback pre-release. It is oozing with pictures, quotes and information from Colin McRae about the chassis. I feel like a gammon marketing this because of the late great Colin, but f**k it. It's rare. I have about 10 different Mazda RX8 catalogues, which I am yet to sort through. But one of them includes this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261435939836?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 An insanely rare RX8 R3 dealer launch pack. Which includes original marketing structure, discount campaigns, finance incentives, technical specifications, competitor reviews etc. It's my pride and joy, so no nobby collectors who will shrink wrap it and never read the thing. I've also got every year of Mk2 Golf GTI brochure, including 4 copies of the iconic 16V brochure. It includes the all important G60 supplement. I have various "classic" Fiat brochures from their propaganda department in that beautiful cross print that they liked to use. As well as an original Fiat 500 shop manual. Invaluable to an owner. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261435969247?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 I also have three Audi RS2 sales manuals, and a dealer launch guide for an S2. I don't plan on selling these, because I want them for when I own the cars. However, I'd be willing to sell one of the RS2 manuals for the right price. This one - http://www.s2-audi.co.uk/audi_docs/rs2.htm And this one - http://www.s2-audi.co.uk/audi_docs/brochure_apr94.htm Let me know if there's anything you guys want, or are searching for because I may well have it. My collection is a bit umm, "out of hand" should we say. Most of my stuff is SAAB, Fiat, BMW, VW, Audi (although most aren't for sale), Porsche and a couple of leather bound Ferrari ones which wouldn't be for sale without a serious offer. Cheers for looking.

1.8t's are HUGELY higher than that. An easy 35mpg average, and 45+ on long journeys. I used to get those figures on my stage 2+ piece of shit.

In potential Jardo plans news... Took a car to a customer yesterday, she bought it. It is replacing a one owner from new T plate Impreza WRX, I offered them £500. Fingers crossed.

What a cock. I would have sat there, as long as it took for you to realise you were being an arsehole.

Women don't invite men round to watch movies, they invite men round to have a movie on in the background whilst they make out. Had a great weekend, things are going really well. Yesterday was an immense lazy day in bed, after a 4am night out in London. Woke up about 11, I walked to the shops and made us some breakfast, we went out and did the weeks food shopping and had a walk around Virginia Lakes. Got home, lit the fire and spent the afternoon watching Game Of Thrones and cooking a roast. Went out for a glass of wine in the local pub at night, a bit more talking about "us" and what's going on. We agreed that it is becoming harder to deny it and play it call to everyone than it was to just accept it as it happens and decided to stop telling people we aren't together when they asked. I've got tonsilitis though. So no down and dirty this weekend, but a cracking weekend was had by all. Then to top it off her car was icy this morning so before I left I defrosted her car and moved it down the drive in place of mine so it is right by the door. Got a text from her half an hour ago saying "Thanks baby, so thoughtful." Which for her, is a big thing. Yep, I'm a happy chappy. -
This will sound strange, but a big part of my job is getting people to slow down, sit at my desk with me and have a chat. Offering them a cup of tea, letting them say no and then telling them you promise it will be the best cup of tea they have ever had is a sure fire way to get people to sit down and talk to you. Then BAM! hit them with an order form.

Wine, woman, Game of Thrones, chucking it down outside and this... I f**king love today.
