I stand by it now. I cannot begin to imagine how much slower a stage 1/standard S3 would be. It's only the modifications which make this so good. Mines is near as damn it 300bhp with the meth on. Which was always my "good car>shit car" break point for S3's.

They are gayer than aids. I've already bought paint, they just slide off a runner on the door skin. Don't expect them to be there much past Sunday.

The spec on this thing is mental, such a well built car. It feels so solid and in rattly, not like a 150,000 miles 15 year old hatch back that's been ripped apart more times than I care to imagine. I guess it's because Jimbo took it all apart and put t back together with new everything and sound deadened the whole shebang. Been up since 5 machine polishing it. Gave it a wash. S3, LOLS. Smashed it down the A30 today, it really is quite good. The modifications really work well, it's balanced which is nice and the damping his just the right side of firm. Ride height wise it is sweet, low enough to look good but no real scraping or scrubbing over dips. Iron-X'd the car at the jet wash, no pictures as ony the front camera in my iPhone works... Cut it back with a cutting pad and some black hole, worked really well. Waxed it with Dark Angel, then sealed it off with race glaze. I like it, it's all right. The low torque is weird, it doesn't feel very fast. You put your foot down and it all goes a bit wooshy then before you know it it's at 3 figures. I did a 5K full on drag strip launch off the lights last night with an M3 in tow...and the woman as passenger. I don't know what was scarier, how slow the M3 looked, how loud it was with its 3" monster exhaust, the massive meth flames or the punch in the face I got off the lady. Plans are. De chav it, put a more subtle exhaust on it, a couple of small paint repairs and refurbish the wheels. It doesn't actually need anything, it's in great condition. Just needs some personal touches and a small amour of bodywork love, which is my area. Oh. And slay some A3's.

Alcohol is the answer to every awkward conversation. Got drunk, she has changed her Australia plans to only going for a couple of months, she has clarified that she wants serious stuff now and she is done messing around, she basically said that she knew I was going to be the right guy for her to be in a relationship so she never got involved with other guys past having sex whilst I was out and about half parsed settling for somebody else and that now we are back together she hugely doesn't want to mess things up and is looking forward to what happens. The reason she asked the question about how serious I got before was because she wanted to know if I anything in the future was just going to be a second hand emotion. So yeah, shits good and we both know how each other feels. Interestingly, Prawn is always right. We spoke sbout Beth when I was with Lou, and he always said "she will always be here when you get back. Go do what you have to do and see how you get on." And f**k me, as usual he was right.

You have pretty much summed it up, but I do want it. I really want it, and it's what I have wanted for a long long time. What we had before was sex, constantly. We were just two young friends with benefits. At the time it was me who wanted more. What we have now is totally different. And it's great. It just feels to me that things are happening quickly, I have as good as moved in with her, met all of her friends and family, been incorporated into her day to day life. It isn't one of us doing things and the other being invited, it's us. But again, I do have to remind myself that I have known her for a long time and we accepted each other for who we are and were good friends a long long time ago. She doesn't want to marry me, I don't think that's what was implied. But I think she was asking if I am serious about her, and is she wasting her time if I am not going to step up when the time comes.

She seems to have changed her outlook quite a lot from what she used to be like. She pretty much said last night that she feels like the clock is ticking for her to find somebody, and start building a proper relationship before she becomes a middle aged crazy cat lady. With that in mind she was quite glad that I had decided to stop ignoring her. It's nice weird, but it feels like she is properly into me. Rather than just having me there for convenience, which lets face it is what most relationships start out as.

Wahooo more weirdness. So last night Beth and I went for a mega walk, as we usually do. Just walking around chatting shit when the conversation turned to us, we had a nice long chat about how happy we are things turned out the way that they did, and that we were both looking forward to seeing what was going to happen. Beth knows that I don't like talking about the past. And that whilst I know about her history I don't have any desire to talk about it, but she obviously wanted to get a few things off her chest, so we talked about some of her past. She said to me that she felt much better now, and she felt that by talking about it with me she felt like her mistakes weren't bad and that she was happy I understood. But she wanted to ask me questions. So I told her she had one question, she would get an honest answer and that I wouldn't bring it up again. She thought about it for a few minutes and said "did you ever think about asking your crazy ex girlfriend to marry you?" What a weird question, of all the things to ask me. So I told her I hadn't ever even thought about it because she was the last person in the world I ever wanted to commit any more of my time too and that was that. It's really odd, because it is literally the last thing I would have ever thought she would give a shit about. I couldn't help but ask why, and she said that she was just wondering because "we were quite serious" as she put it. I tried to explain that I only stayed with her for so long because I felt trapped in the South West, but she found the whole thing very confusing. Anyway, just thought I would share that weirdness with you all.

Nope they said my qualifications didn't transfer and restricted me to a non working holiday visa unless I can secure a full time job before appealing. How I am meant to secure a job without a visa escapes me.

This is so retarded. It's like saying "is an iPhone better than a Nokia 3310?" It depends what you want to use it for. Whatsapp is good for a group conversation, it is handy for seeing when somebody is online if you are a overly anxious teenager, it is handy for sending voice messages and media. But for a standard text based message, it does exactly the same job as my 20 year old Motorolla Star Tac. I talk to all of my friends on Whatsapp because we regularly send media and voice clips of funny phrases and music. But I only ever talk to my girlfriend in a text message, because I never send her pictures. However she uses Whatsapp for all of her friends. The reason we do this is because we have always text, years ago when she was my girlfriend first time round there was no Whatsapp. So when we got back in touch I sent her a text, she replied. That's what we stuck with. If you regularly whatsapp, text, bbm, Facebook message someone and it works then why change the medium. Nobody likes being bombarded with somebody who texts, whatsapps, and Facebook messages.
