  1. My Pashley manuals like a BEAST !!!! I've never quite got the whole point in Bike geometry, i've not ridden that many bikes...And wierdly enough one of the nicest feeling bike's i've ridden trials on was an 08 Specialized rockhopper !!! But i ridee VERY oldskool. Jarrod

  9. HAHAHA !!!! Legend-ly funny !!! Jarrod
  10. Our driver does £150 anywhere in the uk....£200 to ireland.... Jarrod
  11. Man. This post is well worth validation ! ITS GOT FATTYS ! Pimp. £300 sat here if you want it ! Jarrod
  12. I have trade plates... But the rules for using them are very strict, you can only use them for buisnesss use. The person driving with the trade plates must be registered to that plate and be the repairer. You must be on a straight route to the garage, No stopping off for a pint on the way ! And they must be used within context, So no ford fiestas with no doors or a floor but a cossie engine up front XD Best off getting it delivered. Jarrod
  13. Nothing missleading about "This was on the road until the summer but would now need some TLC to get it up and running and through a mot again." If it dosen't say it's got it.... It hasn't got it ! XD www.bradleyjamesclassics.co.uk All of our cars state wether they have mot's and when they run out....All the ones with no MOT dont... And anyway, everyone ALWAYS asks the question "When does the MOT run out" Did you speak to the guy before you bid ? Jarrod
  14. Nahh, just get a stock.... XD Jarrodm
  15. Well, I love how I ride trials (Not much XD) and thats more than enough for me. I don't need people to say they like my style, or they like my bike. It's nice, but i'm more than happy with how and what i ride. It's kinda obvious trials isn't one specific style of riding that every one must stick to. Hence the need for 20" and 26" styles and comps ! Be it natural, street, or comp....We're all just trying to get over something, jump higher and push ourselves further ! For all you know Akriggs bike might be the way forwards ? And it's not for us to judge his bike, or his motives for riding it....becouse he's obviously happy with what he's riding and he's having a bit of fun...And hey, one more page on MBUK with Trials written on it's got to be good news ? How the f**k do you think people felt when 20"s came out !!! Jarrod
  16. Yes, that is true... If a vehicle is booked into an MOT station and you are directly on your way to or from a station you don't need an Mot....I don't know about the going to a garage part of that though... You'll still be butt f**ked for tax and insurance though Jarrod
  17. I LOVE YOU ! (You've actally just saved my job ! We got rid of the old It guy becouse i said i can do the website..... BUT I COULDNT SHRINK THE IMAGES !!! AGHHHH I panicked a bit.... and breathe... Jarrod
  18. YEAH ! How do i Resize images ? I've not got a fooking clue how to crop and re size anything !!! Jarrod
  19. Ok, i think that means your Ip address from the Router to the PC does not match...Open Msdos and type Ipconfig It will tell you what you ip address and wireless capiaabilities are... Write down you Ip address and go to yor Laptop/or pc if you can access the router....Then wireless internet connections, open Add to existing network, blah blah blah...While your computer is scanning for other wireless items do the same thing to your laptop and they Should match up...If not just open your router and click propeties through your pc, and check it is set up to find Ip addresses automaticly, i can't remember where this is but it's not hard ! If not unplug your Router for 2 minuites to reset it (dont worry, codes and connections remain) that should fix the problem is the first one dosen't.... Being a Mac guy that might be wrong, but i'm prety sure it's not ! Hope this helps.... Jarrod
  20. Hey Guy's.... I have an Iphone.....So here is the voice of Knowlege ! Your Iphone will be completly functional once it has been activated at Apple.com To activate your phone you need to punch in a code you get when purchasing the phone....The code is specific to the Batch and Item number of the phone, and must be done withing 7 days of purchase....So you can't fake an activation code ! The only thing that O2 offer is the use of there "Hotspots" for there Wifi and Internet anywhere....Basicly, yes youo can buy an unlocked version 1.2 Iphone and use Pay as you go... But the Internet will only work withing the area of a Wireless Router...Wich is why O2 have the uk Franchise for Iphones....Becouse they offer the best Wireless internet coverage. So you might aswell buy a cheap phone and an ipod !!!! Jarrod Edit..Best just add you need to be on an O2 contract or pay alot of Pay as you Go to use Hotspot Wifi....But ultimatly Iphones are amazing ! Make sure you can full insurance though, we all know what apple are like !
  21. Well, i tell you one thing... Trials is about Riding.... Not argueing about how your riding ! I've done more trials on My Orange than my pashley in the last few years....Does that mean i don't ride trials ? Jarrod
  22. I always buy MBUK and all of there focus is on there own race team, and advertising new products....As far as i'm aware there isn't a regular mag for (or with a content that appeals to) trials riders ? Sorry if i'm generalising a but there but wheres Trials Bike UK ? Surely SOMEONE on here will be able to find out about that ? Theres definatly scope there for a Mag, maby on a level with MBUK, or more likely stuff like MBRider or MBGuide, Surely that would be something Tarty would be interested in ? And anyway, Oldskool is cool, don't quite know what they were trying to say about hopping around....Trials on 26's at the moment is very comercial. Something it wasn't back when i rode alot. I havn't ridden with a group or watched a trials vid since That came out ! Theres HUGE differences, trials and bmx seems to have spawned "Street" and now trials is leaning towards street riding becouse it's "Hip" I deffinatly like this new style but, i hope it will just be a trend...And like all things, trials will go through anther phase where everyone uses old bike bits and frames and goes back to the basics.....So who cares about where trials is now ? Give it 2 weeks and everyone will cut there brakes off, then in another 2 week's we'll all have uber wide bars, then we'll all ride 20's, then..............Who knows ! Jarrod Jarrod
