Thats cool Things haven't moved on that much in some aspects. HS33's are still regarded as good but Discs are starting to take over. I'm sure someone can recommend some decent pads but i've never had a problem with normal black pads. Forget about rear shifters, it's all single speed now to be honest. But oldschoolies like me still use a rear mech for tension just out of interest what bike do you have ?

Hi guy's, just got a phone call and my local bike shop are after me working there. I worked in Cycleworks for 2 years and did really well there. But because they trained me up I don't know what I've missed ? I've sent them my CV which they are impressed with but I think I've forgotten the basics ? Can you just give me some quick tips on "bike related" questions they'll probably ask ? Obviously i'm dressed very smart and i've brushed my pegs and all, it's just the Bike nitty gritty that I might have forgot. Mainly techy stuff involved when selling bikes/parts. I'd breeze through it normally being Mr Cool and all, but I NEED* a job SO* bad otherwise i'm going to loose my flat, so i'm kinda tense ! 20 Min's to go before I leave, so please help me !!! My stepdads a shop fitting project manager for Powells and is currently working on Oasis, and has JUST finished the nation wide New Look revamp. I just phoned him up and asked him and he says thats a load of bollocks. And to add to that, i've got the plans for the new look in basingstoke in a box in my utility room. Including plans for mirrors - Give me 2 seconds and I will go and photo the designs. Having inspected the plans for fitting room A through to F for the women's section of "New Look" Basingstoke I can safely say when the mirrors were designed and ordered there are NO filters or curves to the mirrors. Please note the red "Issued for construction" stamp in the bottom left.....

No, I picked my "bird" because I went to school with her and she's been a friend all my life. Fair enough I haven't seen her for a few years but she's still the same fun and energetic person the was when I went to school with her. And I felt romance the first time I met back up with her. In my experience the women you go for on looks will never last a relationship. My last partner was far from hot, but because of the fun times we had and the openness of out relationship and our bodies I managed to live with her for 2 years ! I'm much happier knowing that I'm with a person I love than someone I think looks great and will impress my mates. ahhh ok, well my views still stand but without the slut comments. A body is what it is, and I find focusing on the visual elements to be stupidly shallow. I personally prefer the "Wow, thats a real woman" look. Things have got to obvious now, and far to vulgar. The sort of person who appears in these magazines will generally be a slut. As apposed to, the really nice bird you met in the coffee shop the other day who stunned you with her ability to chat and be cool whilst having a great rack.
