  1. As Tom tried (badly!) to say it's all relative. A bike cost exactly the same as it does now back then, A bicycle might only cost £23 but you only earnt £5 a week or whatever. And there was always the same incentive to steal something from someone else, but you knew there would be consequences if you were caught; A good beating and a bit of time in nick, followed by social isolation because nobody trusted you. If you go to jail now you get fed and watered better than most people would at home, and your life is relatively "care free" as long as you keep your head down.
  2. What I mean to say is, that the country is bending over and taking it from foreign types in a vein effort to get in the good books of other countries. For instance, they come here and we put up Mosques and shit to accommodate there traditions and beliefs. But if we went to there countries and COE Churches started popping up everywhere there would be outrage. And as Mike says, every time you say something to a colored person it's racism. But if you say something to a white person then it's fair game. Hows that right ? I've had many an argument with colored people and though "I better not say too much, they'll play the racism card." And to be fair, it extends further than the black/white barrier. There will always be that effect when crossing social boundaries, but when you look back to the 50's when england was a straight laced white majority country things were allot better, you could go out for a walk in the evening, you could leave your back door unlocked, you could leave your bike in the garden and everyone was friendlier. Now a days I wouldn't trust someone to make me a sandwich let alone all the other things in life...
  3. Allen, man the f**k up.
  4. The UK is a mess, I won't bother to go into why because I'll get banned (again). Chavs, a shit government, immigrants, corruption high up in business vital to the UK's survival, laziness through out the nation (why go to work when you can get a house paid for and £60 a week ?) Just to name a few...
  5. No mate ! I bought that Pashley from new and rode it for a LONG time, it never kept the same part for 6 months and was constantly being rebuilt bigger and better. Sold it to Mafu26 who won't sell it back to me (even though I've offered him double what he paid me for it !)
  6. f**k off Dilworth, I'm going to give you a load of abuse on MSN now... It's not that I didn't think you guys ALL knew, its just that I only just realized its April fools tomorrow, and thats when I get it done. It kinda' clicked in a bad way...
  7. I've got my car booked in and paid for having it's remap tomorrow. I just f**king KNOW something will go wrong
  8. YOU ARE NOT THE CIRCUS. It's hardly a normal thing to make up is it ? What would make you think I haven't watched porn with a few of the birds I know, do you think I'm some sort of frigid stay at home. Just because you don't get out much doesn't mean other people don't have a life.
  9. Don't knock it, watching porn is a good way of learning what works and what doesn't and finding out different things. I was a right one trick pony, doggy/missionary for me until I started watching a few vids with a few birds I know. It seemed a bit freaky at first, but when your watching someone at it with a bird and she see's something she likes it doesn't take long for her to get her kit off....
  10. How's he posting on TF then. You think to much...
  11. Happy birthday big boy !
  12. Not Trials related but, back when I was road riding I was on an S-Works Tarmac Quik Step and it was lovelllly. I swapped it for an S-Works Roubaix to make work and back more comfortable. It was f**king shit.
  13. I had a *mint* set of fattys on my Pashley, they were the bollocks. I so want this bike back....
  14. I love a nice set of tits, theres nothing better than cuddling up to a bird with a nice rack. I once knew a bird who could undo a beer bottle with her boobs, and she could carry wine bottles underneath them. She could also do a handstand with no bra and they wouldn't move... She was a bar maid down the local (ish) called Maria, she was Spanish and didn't know how to say no
  15. Yeah, I wanted to give trials a go but to be honest within joining up on the forum and buying a "trials" bike it went a bit down hill. (In my view) I still enjoy the forum though and now I've got a "trials" bike I'm all up for giving it a proper go now
  16. Trials is so gay, it's full of fags and queers. To be honest I think I might take up polo and hair dressing.* *this might not be fact
  17. Who said I used to ride trials ? Did you ever see my old bike ?
  18. I wasn't taking the piss out of "you", I was taking the piss out of "Anyone Going (TO ?) Plymouth Next Year To Uni" But to be honest, it isn't hard to use the spell checker.
  19. The amount of grammatical errors and misspellings in a thread about going to University are amazing. Why don't you learn to type and talk properly before looking at higher education ?
  20. Cheers for the positives, and yeah. I used to ride long before I was on TF, I got interested in cars and stopped working in the bike shop so I sold my bikes off to fund that and gave up riding. Now I'm back working in a bike shop I'm interested again
  21. I'm 17, not 14 but 7s not far off 10 haha I'm just going to roll with it at the moment, I'm going out with her again on Wednesday night. If she asks I won't lie to her, but I'd like to get to know her better, and I'd like her to know me a bit better before I fess up to something she might not be cool with. She hasn't actually told me she's 24, she gave me her driving license as a sort of deposit when she was testing out the bike I sold her and I had a sneaky look.... So I could always give it the "Oh, you look much younger !" flattery line.
  22. Bit of a funny one here. Been out with this woman Anna a fair few times now, and she's lovely. She's a 24 year old Dutch woman who I met at work, and got chatting with and ended up showing her a few local pubs and going out cycling with her and stuff. I've "avoided" the how old are you question pretty well, but I don't want her to know how old I am for the simple fact that she probably won't want to go out to pubs and beaches and stuff with me because of how young I am. She has a great time while she's out with me and is always texting my the second she gets back to arrange another "date". I've been out with her tonight and just got back in, she invited me into her flat but I declined because she's had 6 glasses of wine.... I don't know wether I should just wait until she asks me how old I am and then tell her, or if I should just try my hardest to avoid the question. She probably won't want to know me if she knew how old I was because she's very "proper" and would see me as a "kid". She's already said in conversation she'd see the idea of going out with a younger man disgusting, so f**k going out with someone almost ten years younger than her ! By going out I don't mean as partners, I just mean going out for shits and giggles together...
