Have you heard about the phone helpline ? It's a bit shit, you phone it up and it puts you through an automated option list. Well guys, excuse the content but listen to the subject please ! I've just had one of my dads old Touring bikes refinished by "Mario Vaz" in London, he used to be the paint shop manager for Holdsworth so he knows his stuff ! He refinishes classic frames to amazing levels, and has just done this one (my 4th with him!) to again an amazing standard. So I thought I'd show you guys and maybe you could give him a ring or think about him next time you need your frame repainted. He will do any color, and style on any bike and he can get any original stickers you like. He had all of the waterslides for my dads made up for £15 the lot ! I can't wait to get this one built up again and surprise my dad with it, he doesn't know it's being restored and he's had it from new. In true Overhaulin' style he thinks it has been stolen from his shed along with a lawn mower and a motorbike tank Unfortunatly I didn't get a "before" shot but here are the afters -

Nor's that, it's spray on rust and forced rot in on the bug. It was in Ultra VW about 4 years ago and had it's own page on Hoodride before Dan ripped off a load of Mexicans, to get it to rot they painted it in Nitromo' and then poured Dr Pepper and Fanta all over it and left it for 8 months.

A few schnapps from today - I SO nearly died photo'ing here, I didn't use any zoom and I was about a foot away from where the guys were gaping to and was bang in front of there line ! I don't know who it was, but Nick Tori and myself came along the sea front on the way to the pub and I shouted "WANKERZZZZ" at some of you guys and beeped my horn....I didn't *actually* mean to shout "WANKERZZZZ" I just kinda did...haha
