I'm not going to argue with you, for the simple fact that I cannot go into the Roman archives and produce the documents needed However you're arguing the only feasible, factual and provable thing which proves "Jesus" existed is retarded. He clearly did exist as can be proven in records and personal accounts at the time, he was there. Now wether the things he claims to have done were true we will never know, however he was there alive and kicking. For the simple reason that you do not know these facts means that your argument is one of incomplete ignorance, where as mine is based on facts. I am saying the man was there, not that he did it.

Sticking with the whole age gap thing I'll share my current situation with you guys. I know the answer, I just feel like letting off steam over it. Right, really nice girl that works at the pub I remember seeing her when she came in she had massive boobs and she asked for a job. Landlord came out and started talking and I turned round and shouted "Matt, hire her it'll get me in more often " she smiled and Matt told me to f**k off. Then a week or so later I came in the pub and she was behind the bar which was nice, we started chatting and I kinda fell for her. Then the blues festival came around and she was working the bar and was struggling a bit so I got behind the bar and helped her for the duration of her 6 hour shift (jesus, she'd only done two shifts before getting ambushed by 600 drunken guests on her own!), she was really greatful and we spent the night together until she had to go home and she was complaining about having to be in work at 7 to tidy up. Next morning I got up and went for my bike ride early (after being on the piss until 3 in the morning haha !) and then got to the pub for 7 to surprise her, I was there cleaning before she arrived and she asked me what I was doing so I told her I came to help her. She was really grateful and stuff and pretty much the same thing happened the rest of the day, then her parents came in the evening and things went down hill a bit. I got really drunk and made a bit of a tit of myself and got her mums back up a bit Then the next day same again, we got talking more and I found out she was 23, just moved to the village from Liss and was a teacher. Nice; I thought ! Blues weekend came and went and we exchanged numbers and stuff so I dropped her a text to ask her out some time and she gave me the "Oh, I'm kinda seeing someone" line. A week or so later I kept up the nice guy bit and she asked me to take her out some time, so I jumped at the opportunity and took her out to a nice pub for a meal. We both had a little too much so we moved into the bar (really cozy, and nobody there. Great!) till I'd sobered up a bit to drive. We cuddled up on the sofa and things were looking pretty nice, we had a chat and she's into all the same stuff as me. And has been looking for a guy who is easy going and a bit more mature than the average which was cool. Anyway we've met up 4 or 5 times since and were getting on really well and seem to be getting closer to each other every time we go out, took her to the cinema the other day and she started doing strange things. We were cuddled up and her phone went, she started giggling then moved away and got all cagey with her phone and wouldn't let me see. I automatically thought the worse and it got my back up a bit, but I let it pass and then put my arm around her again and she was being a bit funny with me. I dunno', just off. Then when were walking back to the car we were holding hands and all was great, she drove me home and things were looking like normal. She stayed the night and then left straight for work in the morning. I sent her a text today asking if she could ring me when she finished work because I wanted to have a chat, I know she finishes work bang on 6 and it was half past and she hadn't phoned. So I gave her a call and she got all huffy with me, going on about me "harassing" her. So I told her why I rang (wanted to meet up the weekend) and she quite huffily said "Pfff, I MIGHT call you later I've got to get ready for work. Some of us DO work for a living you know..." and hung up ! I didn't reply, text back or anything so I don't know where I stand. But it seemed so out of character for her, she's not your typical barbie doll or anything. She comes from a very privileged background and seems to be incredibly "proper". Well, crux of the matter is I like her loads and probably as a bit more than a friend. But I'm not sure if I'm getting the wrong end of the stick... I know I've just got to have a "chat" with her and tell her how I feel but I don't want to blow myself out the water by saying the wrong thing (which I do often), or coming across as immature. Also there is so much at stake for me, because I really want her quite badly and I don't like the risk that is things going tits up

I don't need to, "Jesus" was a well documented man and the crowds that followed him and all of the thought at the time are extremely well documented (as I've said three times now). That is pretty much the only proof that the bible bashers have "his existance" and the bible. I think it's all bollocks though, so don't call me out on it. I was simply pointing out that you are VERY wrong when you say there are is no other documentation of his existence and the things claimed to be done in the bible...

There clearly are, "Jesus" was well documented through out his life by other official registers and referee's.

Interesting story for you, that will cause some Jardo embarrassment - Back when I had my first Saab 99 (Eevy) I used to take it to concourse shows on a trailer, I did a couple and won one of the Saabs UK detailing shows. At the time it had a set of powder coated steels on it, but I came across a set of Inca wheels that were perfect but needed a refurb. So I sent away the wheels and had them refurbished, and just to finish it off I special ordered the original specification tires in from Sweden, it cost me £400+ to get the tires in. And for a while it was my pride and joy. She was MINT - Anyway, my bosses "bit on the side" was a barmaid at a local pub and we used to get down there quite a lot. One night (I think it was her birthday ?) we all went down there and got drunk and got a taxi back to Basingstoke, I upset her brother during the night which then upset her other brother and it all made became quite a drunken f**k up... The next day Jason says to me "Jado, got some bad news...You know you upset *I forget there names* last night, well they've slashed the tires on your Saab..." I didn't believe him, and had to go to Solihull that day to pick up a Jag. However on the train up there, and pretty much all day it was on my mind. It gets to half 5, I've got back with the Jag and it's a pretty nice day so we went up the pub for the evening. Were sat there in my local (the one I work in now) and I got a text from Jackie saying "Really sorry about my brothers Jardo, I'll make sure it all gets fixed for you. Really sorry ". Literally that very second I started hyperventilating and got a nose bleed, so I ran to the toilets to clean myself up and I was white as a sheet and shaking like f**k. The boss comes running in (knowing it was all a joke, b*****d!) and says we might as well stay here if it's true because I wouldn't be able to drive my car away. So I went back into the bar and managed to be sick on the way back to the bar (nose still bleeding, and breathing really heavy!). That night were on our way back home, Jasons driving the Bentley and I was sat there a bit messed up. We drive past the fox and I didn't even want to look at what they'd done to my baby, then Jason stops the car and says "There you' go pal, see you in the morning" and kicks me out of the car and drives off. Needless to say there was f**k ALL wrong with my car and it was a monstrous wind up, however I felt sick for days because of all the stress !!!! Bastards...

No chance of them getting it running again, I've sold the keyboard, RAM, screen and speakers. Only thing left is the HD ! That won't work either, Windows will not read discs written by a Mac and as the guy from the Apple store in Portsmouth told me (yes, I phoned them yesterday afternoon!) they do have the facilities to do it but they won't do it for average joe off the street. Although, I have managed to get a free version of Mac Drive from a friend so with a bit of luck I'll be able to get the right cable for it today. Cheers for the help guyz...

I didn't have a provisional license, so I don't know first hand however it DID go up by about 10% when my sister passed her test. I did a Pass Plus and had it paid for by Hampshire CC, got 20% off my insurance too. And the expensive insurance companies pay out with out any hassle ! When I wrote off my Rover NFU paid out before they'd even read the details, I could have had a rental car and everything if I wanted it. They covered every part of it, including my dads food whilst he was at the hospital ! You can walk into a local office and see the same person every time, and if you have a problem it gets sorted. I used Admiral to insure my Mk2, and I'm NEVER using another company again ! I *still* haven't received the return from my deposit and second months cover (which I was supposed to receive in 6 weeks!)

Pffft, I'd LOVE to be paying 2K PA !!! Metro's, poverty spec 106's, 205 diesels etc etc will be cheap to insure. If you get a quote now with a provisional license it will go up when you get a full license, also take a pass plus ASAP because it drops insurance by 20% straight away. I buy and sell a LOT of cars, and I always use this site to check on insurance first - http://www.parkers.co.uk/insurance/ Do "Insurance by group" and go through 1 to 5 and find a car you like, group one will be the cheapest and group 5 the most expensive. In my experience anything above group 5 will be pushing 2K. And do NOT put you down as a named driver on your parents policy, it's illegal and basically shit.

So what were saying is that I won't be able to take the pictures off the Macbooks hard-drive with my Sata cable without some "special" software ?

I've got a kinda mad question that Mike (and others) might be able to answer; My old Macbook just won't turn on any more, however it's got LOADS of old photos on it I'd really like to keep. I've got an E- Sata connector, will that do for connecting the HD up to my current laptop (Windows if that makes any difference ?) and transferring the photos across ? Macbook it a standard 13" screen jobbie from about 2 years ago ?

I wasn't even jumping on a "band wagon", I was simply saying that we have the distinct divide between TGS riders and other "normal" riders over here and that he might be the canadian equivalent of that divide.
