45KG's + the bar. Bar weights differ, but my gym has olympic bars which are 45lbs/20kg's. So 65KG's as a total lifted weight.

I eat insulting Slovakian trials riders, it's a strict diet. I try to keep it down to three a day. Being insulting and flippant just makes me assume you are a massive cunt and not care about anything you have to say, especially when you cannot make a connection between weight training and training for a high heart rate cardiovascular activity which is predominantly linked to a persons power to weight ratio. (because as I have already said a couple of times, I race bikes) You say that "any kid can bench 45kg's", but most kids aren't 6ft and 9 stone? Most kids also can't keep their heart rate above 170BPM for 4 hours, and most kids can't maintain a cadence above 80RPM on an XC bike. Keep your comments relative and within context and I'm happy to have a chat with you about your views. But before you do so can you try and have a read of what I have posted in this thread, and understand that I am a highly cardiovascular focused "athlete" (excuse the word, I can't think of anything else to say) and my "weight" training was limited to an 8 month phase when I was looking for an alternative to riding whilst I didn't have a race bike. I saw great gains, felt excellent improvements and really enjoyed the time I spent weight training. But for me, being in a gym didn't beat getting out on my bike even with the 6 months I spent doing a mix of running, rowing, cycling and light resistance training. I'm going to bed now, but if you want to have a normal conversation about my dietary requirements as well as my past and present training schedules and the activities which I have trained for then I'll be happy to have a chat in the morning.

A fair bit, it started off as water retention but the rest of the gains are natural. With creatine it is basically giving your body a boost of what it naturally does when using up creatine phosphate, allowing you to train as you currently do harder and longer. So it's a fairly natural progression but after you are through the loading phase you might not SEE a difference but you will certainly feel it if you are training in the gym. I found my muscles stayed pumped for longer, so when I was doing say 8 bench presses of 50KG I wasn't aching so much; it is a weird feeling to be honest but certainly a good one. This is a fairly realistic read I just found whilst checking my information was right - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne13.htm

Oh f**k off already. If you think you can pop up on a forum and call me a lazy, stupid "kid" then you are strongly mistaken. Do you think I just woke up one morning and decided I was going to pop some D-bol and go pump iron? OF CAUSE I used protein shakes and creatine, OF CAUSE I built myself a proper diet and did a fair whack of weight training before hand. I have been training for the best part of 6 years. I've done 8 triathlons, three half marathons, competed in two years worth of expert level British Cycling XC racing, in fact I am not even going to justify myself to you any further because it just isn't worth it. lolz, you crazy cracker. I swear people on this forum assume that everybody is a retard.

MaxiMuscle Creatamax 300 is great. I've been using it for years. 5MG in the morning, 5MG at lunch and 5MG in the evening for the first 5 days as a loading phase, then after that just cut it down to 5MG morning and night as a maintenance dose and an additional 5MG half an hour before you train. Take it with 500ML of water. I have found my water intake to be much higher, I am drinking 4.5L of water a day at the moment. I could probably do with more. HUGE increase in explosive power, so for sprinting/mountain biking/road riding/trials etc it is perfect. I've found since my water intake has improved with the taking of creatine I have had a much better recovery period. Make sure to take an overnight drink or a protein shake after whatever exercise you are doing too, it really helps. I have been taking my pre training creatine with a "4 Goodness Shake", they are pretty awesome and are on 2 for £2 in Sainsburys at the moment.

Would you see protein shakes as cheating then? It is still a man made chemically balanced muscle growth supplement after all? Having tried Dianabol I am sticking to my guns, and say that for quick gains it is the only option if you CBA to put in the months and effort to do it naturally. I'm not saying it is the best thing in the world ever, and after my initial 12 week boost I don't intend on using it again. But for quick growths a couple of times a year I think it is well worth it if that's what you're into. I don't do second hand opinions, if something interests me I try it and form my own opinion. Hence why I gave it a go

How can you say it isn't normal training though? When I go to the gym, I would do exactly the same thing you would. What about the 6 weeks you do off roids, is that not considered normal training either? What is your understanding of what muscle building steroids are out of interest, do you think they make you stronger? Do you drink protein shakes?
-
Wouldn't you be pissy if you'd been training for two years, and then some kid who'd done 6 months of Oxi's got on the bench after you and made you look like a girl though? I was. I trained for the best part of 14 months, and despite making good progress I would say visually I made 6/8 months worth of size improvement in 12 weeks. Saying stuff like you'd rather earn your muscles is pretty gay dude, I've still earnt mine. Do you think taking steroids makes the gym easy? You still put the same effort in ffs.
-
It's hardly cheating Andy, it's just being smart IMO. Have you ever given it a go?
-
Dianabol isn't illegal, you can buy it all over the place. They actually prescribe it to people with aids, cancer and other severe tissue wasting illnesses. The gains were good, I've been off them for a good 12 weeks now and I've been heavily focusing on cardio as I looked like a f**king muppet with meat head arms, half decent pecs but no abs or shoulders. Adding weight isn't for me having tried them, I ride XC as my main fitness goal as you know so it is of no benefit. I haven't got a set of photo's from the during and after phases etc, but I can take a forearm/bicep/shoulder shot of now if you want, not that it will show much of a reflection of my time on dianabol. I might do another set of it starting next month though, and properly document it in the gym thread. Lukas, much like yourself I googled it and was totally put off. That's because 99.9 percent of people I have ever met who care about taking steroids are total nuggets, the same goes for the internet. As I say, taken in moderation (a word most gym bitches don't understand) it is a great supplement to a routine. I was taking 30mg's which is half of what most people take, 60mg's is the "recommended" dosage if you will. Sprinkling it on your toast and replacing tomato ketchup for a potent steroid is obviously not what I mean. Apart from the water weight and the fact that it didn't effect me in the way I wanted it too I didn't find a single side effect, no acne, no shits, no blue piss etc. Also worth mentioning that Dianabol was produced in the late 1950's and is one of the most widely used, widely researched body building steroids available. Of all the shit that is on the market, it is IMO the "safest" steroid you could take.

Swish, I'm off to the gym now. So can sort something out tonight I'm sure. Either way this is just deflecting from the point here, I'm super up for a "steroids or no steroids" discussion with you guys.
-
Personally I can't see it. Guy posts about protein tablets, a couole of people respond, I reply and he quotes me thanking me and saying he is going to look into it He didn't reply to anybody else, so I would assume I told him what he actually wants.
-
Clearly. I was fed of with training like f**k and getting nothing for it, why would you want to train like a mofo and get good but slow results when you could take a controlled course of something like Dianabol and do 6 months training in 6 weeks? I went from benching a comfortable 45kg's to benching 65kg's in 6 weeks whilst on 30mg of Dianabol daily, and from 65kg's to 80kg's whilst in the 6 week off. After week 6 I had gained almost 2 and a half stone, whilst being a bit bloated I was physically much bigger. During the six weeks following I focused entirely on cardio work and stripped a stone. Still massive gains. So that is my proof that they are a great tool for people wanting to build quickly, because for me it gave me the big impact I needed. People who say steroids are cheating and gets up on their high horse over them are idiots. Supplementary to a healthy diet, a focused and well founded training schedule they are a brilliant tool for building muscle. So f**k off, go do some roids and then come back and tell me I am wrong.

lol at your effort to produce a moral highground without actually saying anything of any real substance. Anybody who asks about any sort of question about protein always wants to get big fast, fact. If he does want to get big fast then he has two options, dianabol or oxi's.

Word, my mum had a 911 Turbo. Mums in fast cars are awesome!
-
Are mums not alowed to drive "quick" cars then?
-
Dianabol, 30mg a day for 6 weeks then 6 weeks off to lose the water with cardio. I'm a f**king tank after three courses.
-
No that's the Mondeo. New focus ST out in September, I saw one today. Does anybody give a f**k? No. Do I give a f**k? No.

Nobody cares about the suspense, what is it?

Really happy with my afternoon! Went for a walk down the Plym trail to try and play with shutter speeds and learn how to use the camera, I took over 300 photo's today lol Most of them were f**king terrible, but it was worth it for these 4 - I met this big boy whilst out on my walk too, he was so sweet. His owner carried on walking up the trail and left him with me for 20 mins because he was so fascinated by my camera haha All unedited and taken in fully manual with manual focus two, so my too first attempts at fully controlling the camera

I'm going to go out this afternoon and give some landscapes a go, assuming my tripod arrives Any tips and pointers?
-
lolz, I've used 2.1gb in 23 days. A heroic lack of work goes on in my place of work.
-
I am so slow now, it's like I have grown up or something?!
-
Well look at me Bob, I am terrifyingly fast on the road and easily as quick as you without putting in too much effort. But on track I am slow as f**k compared to you and haven't got a clue. I cannot believe how much you have to re-learn to be a competent track driver. I think the MX5 is the best option, and then some airfield days like Prawn says. MX5's are such good cars, perfect to learn in and super rewarding.
